Օրաթերթը ԱԱԾ-ին ուղղորդելով փորձում է իրագործել սեփակա՞ն ցանկությունները

Կարեն Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

«Հրապարակ» օրաթերթն այսօր կրկին հին ռեպերտուարի մեջ էր, երբ սեփական հնարածին լուրերը փորձել էր ներկայացնել, որպես իրականություն:

ԱԱԾ բացահայտումների շղթայական զարգացման մասին խոսելիս մի տեսակ անլրջացրել էին նրանց գործոնը: Մասնավորապես իրավապահների գործառույթները խեղաթյուրելով անուններ էին տվել /հատուկ չենք գրում, որպեսզի ջուր չլցնենք «Հրապարակի» ջրաղացին/ և փորձել սպառնալ, ԱԱԾ-ի ստուգումներով սեփական ցակություններն ի կատար ածելու համար: Թե ինչ նպատակ էր դա հետապնդում, պատվե՞ր էր թե՞ այլ երանգ ուներ իրականում, դա արդեն երկրորդական հարց է:

Բավականին զավեշտալի էր հոդվածում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին անդրադարձը, որտեղ ասվում է, թե ոմանք փորձում են Ծառուկյանին համոզել չներգրավվել սպասվելիք քաղաքական իրադարձություններին, հակառակ դեպքում ԱԱԾ-ն նրանց էլ կայցելի: Նախ քաղաքական առումով առնվազն անմտություն է խորհրդարանում մեծությամբ երկրորդ քաղաքական ուժի վերաբերյալ նման սցենար դիտարկելը: Երկրորդ, իրենք չեն էլ գիտակցում, որ իրենց գրածով հակասում են ժողովրդավարության էությանը և առհասարակ ժողովրդավարական կառավարման համակարգ ունեցող սկզբունքներին.

Իսկ եթե նկատի ունեն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից հավատարմագրային ծառայության հանձնված ձեռնարկություններում ստուգումների մասով, ապա վերջին տարիներին պարբերաբար ենք ականտես եղել վերոնշյալ գործողությանը, ինչից հետո պատկան մարմինները հայտարարել են, որ էական խախտումներ չեն բացահայտվել:Բացի այդ առնվազն տարակուսելի է այժմ դրա մասին բարձրաձայնելը, քանզի բոլորովին վերջերս Ծառուկյանն անձամբ էր հրահանգել, որ ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարները ստուգումները սկսեն իրենից, էլ չենք խոսում որ պարզ ճակատով հայտարարեց միշտ դռները բաց են ստուգումների համար:

Այնպես,որ լավ կլինի նման անտրամաբանական և անբովանդակ տեքստեր գրելուց առաջ մի քիչ մտածեն, թե ում ինչ պրիզմայով են դիտարկում, հակառակ դեպքում նման խոսակցությունները ոչ այլ ինչ են քան հերյուրանք և զրպարտանք, իսկ դրա համար հուսանք տվյալ լրատվականը տեղյակ է ինչ է նախատեսում օրենքը:
