Անմեղսունակ շառլատանի հարցով պետք է զբաղվեն իրավապահ մարմինները

Միքայել Սահակյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

Ոմն Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյան, ով իրեն ներկայացնում է որպես Հայաստանի ձեռներեցների կոնֆեդերացիայի նախագահ, այսօր ասուլիս է տվել, որտեղ աներևակայելի ստեր է խոսացել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մասին։

Այս անձին չէինք անդրադռանա, եթե ժամանակին նա նույն կերպ զրպարտություններ չներկայացներ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մասին, իսկ հետո հանդես չգար հերքումով, որտեղ նշել էր, որ իր բոլոր ասածները թյուրիմացություն էին և նա թյուրիմացաբար էր ասել այդ ամենը, այլ կերպ ասած, խոսոտվանել էր որ ստել էր։

Ամիսներ անց սույն անձը կրկին խոսում է և ասում է ստեր, որոնք ասել էր ամիսներ առաջ, և որոնք հետո իր իսկ բերանով հերքել էր։

Պարզ է որ գործ ունենք շարքային ամեղսունակի հետ, ով թերևս գլխի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունի, մոռանում է, որ ժամանակին ստեր է խոսացել, հետո խոստովանել, որ ստել է, իսկ այժմ կրկնում է նույն ստերը։ Ի դեմս Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյանի խոսում է սովորական շառլատանը, որի անցյալի մութ կետերի մասին կարելի է իմանալ՝ խոսելով Աբովյան քաղաքի տաքսու վարորդների հետ։

Նմանատիպ քամելեոնների վրա ափսոս է նույնիսկ ժամանակ ծախսել և հերքել նրա բոոր ասածները․ հրեշավոր ստերը ոչ թե պետք է հերքել, այլ ուղղակի արհամարհել։ Նշենք միայն, որ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքը ճիշտ կանի դիմի դատարան սույն անձի զրպարտությունների մասով, որոնք չունեն ոչ մի հիմք ու ապացույց և պարզապես արատավորում են հայտնի գործչի բարի համբավը։ Եթե առաջին անգամ նմանատիպ հերյուրանքները հնչեցնելուց հետո Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը բավարարվեց միայն անձնական հերքման տեքստով, ապա այս անգամ գործը պետք է քննի դատարանը։

Հիշեցնենք միայն, որ անձի մասին զրպարտություններ հնչեցնելը պատժվում է քրեական օրենսգրքով։ Եվ լավ կլինի, որ հենց իրավապահ մարմինները զբաղվեն այս հարցով, ուսումնասիրեն սույն անձի ելույթը, ինչի արդյունքում վերջնականապես պարզ կդառնա, թե իրականում ով է այս ստախոսն ու զրպարտողը, ինչից հետո այս շառլատանի քիթը վերջնականապես կքսվի գետնին։
