Գևորգ Մխիթարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

Այսօր լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ, ոմն Հայաստանի ձեռներեցների կոնֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Տիգրան Հովհաննիսյան, ով հայտնի է իր ոչ ադեկվատ վարքագծով, կարծիք է հայտնել առհասարակ բարեգործության և ԱԺ-ում այսօր քննարկված «Բարեգործության մասին» օրենքի վերբերյալ, որոնք ուղղված էին Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի և «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության դեմ:

Տիգրանին ճանաչողները միանշանակ կփաստեն, որ նա շարքային շառլատան է և ուղեղի հետ կապված խնդիրներ ունի: Վիրավորական և անհիմն խոսքերի շարանը, որը վստահ ենք այս սրիկայի դեպքում ուղղակի հորինված է, զրպարտիչ խոսքեր են, իրականության հետ համապատսխանող տառ չկար անգամ: Ինչ կապ ունեն կարամելի Հարութն ու Լեդի Հակոբը Ծառուկյանի հետ ինչպես այս ծալապակասն է ասում:

Ինչ-որ պատմություններ է հորինել, անուններ է մեջբերում, որոնք բացարձակ կապ չունեն իրար հետ: ստերի շարանը սկսում է հենց նրանից, երբ այս լպրծունի խոսքով իբր թե նա անձամբ է հանդիպել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին և որոշակի խոսակցություն ունեցել այդ թեմայով, սակայն իրականում բոլորին էլ պարզ է, որ սրա նման թափթփուկն անգամ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի շեմին մոտիկ չէր կարող գնալ, էլ ուր մնաց հետը զրուցեր:

Ինչևէ ոչ վաղ անցյալում, այս փորսուղը, բնականաբար էլի ինչ-որ պատվերի շրջանակներում նորից հերյուրանքներ էր տարածել Ծառուկյանի հասցեին, սակայն անմիջապես հետո, երբ հասկացել էր իր քայլերի անպատասխանատու և ոչ իրավաչափ լինելը, հերքել էր ինքն իրեն և ասել, թե թյուրիմացաբար է քննադատել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանին: Հիմա նմանատիպ մանկամիտին հարիր արդարացումներով մեղանչող Տիգրանչիկը, կրկին հանդգնել է նույն գետը երկրորդ անգամ մտնել:

Բավականին ուշացած պատվեր էր սա իրականում, քանի որ «Բարեգործության մասին» օրենքն արդեն իսկ քննարկվել է, բոլոր լսումներն իրականացվել են, վաղն էլ քվեարկություն է լինելու, իսկ Տիգրանչիկը, իր պնդմամբ նեղվել է «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության քամելեոն ելույթներից և որոշել է բարձրաձայնել: Ամբողջ էությամբ քամելեոնը հենց ինքն է, քանի որ վայրկյանական փոխում է կարծիքն ու դեմ է գնում իր իսկ համոզմունքներինն:

Այս կլյաուզնիկի պնդմամբ, նա անգամ ԱԱԾ-ին է դիմել և քանի որ խոսք գնաց, շատ ավելի լավ կլինի, որ ԱԱԾ-ն ընթացք տա այս ամենին և այդ ժամանակ արդեն բոլորը կհասկանան, որ սա շարքային շանտաժիստ և բանսարկու է, ով մարդկանց նկատմամբ սադրիչ ու կեղտոտ պատվերներ է կատարում գումարի դիմաց և այդ դեպքում ԱԱԾ-ն նրան շատ հանգիստ կարող պատասխանատվության ենթարկել զրպարտանք տարածելու մեղադրանքով:

Սրա նմանները վարակիչ հիվանդության նման մի բան են, եթե դեմը չառնես կտարածվի, ինչը կարծում ենք անթույլատրելի է: Եվ եթե այսօր այս գործիքի թիրախը «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցությունն է, վաղը կարող է լինել ցանկացած մեկը: Պետք է սրանց օրենքի ուժով պատժվեն, թե չէ փողի հոտը որ առնում են, ինչ ասես որ չեն խոսա:
