Ի՞նչ փաստաթղթեր են անհրաժեշտ և ի՞նչ ժամկետներում պետք է դիմել մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի նշանակման համար

Մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի նպաստի իրավունք ունի երեխայի` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության աշխատանքային օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով մինչև երեք տարեկան երեխայի խնամքի արձակուրդում գտնվող ծնողը՝ մինչև երեխայի երկու տարեկանը լրանալը:

Խնամքի նպաստը նշանակվում և վճարվում է. եթե ծնողը և երեխան ՀՀ բնակչության պետական ռեգիստրում հաշվառված են ՀՀ բնակության վայրի հասցեով և խնամքի նպաստի համար դիմելու օրվա դրությամբ գտնվում են Հայաստանում:

Եթե ծնողը խնամքի տակ ունի մեկից ավելի մինչև երկու տարեկան երեխա, ապա խնամքի նպաստը նշանակվում և վճարվում է յուրաքանչյուր երեխայի համար:

Խնամքի նպաստի նշանակման դիմումը ներկայացվում է խնամքի արձակուրդում գտնվելու ընթացքում: Եթե դիմումը ներկայացվել է խնամքի արձակուրդը սկսելու ամսվան հաջորդող վեցամսյա ժամկետում, ապա նպաստը նշանակվում է խնամքի արձակուրդը սկսելու ամսվան հաջորդող ամսից, իսկ այդ ժամկետից (վեցերորդ ամսից ) հետո դիմելու դեպքում` դիմելու ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա 1-ից:

Խնամքի նպաստը նշանակելու համար դիմումը ՀՀ սոցիալական ապահովության ծառայության տարածքային բաժին կարող է ներկայացնել ծնողը կամ այլ անձ:

Դիմողը ներկայացնում է՝

1) դիմում,

2) ծնողի անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթ, սոցիալական քարտ կամ հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշ կամ չստանալու մասին տեղեկանք,

3) երեխայի ծննդյան վկայական, սոցիալական քարտ կամ հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշը կամ չստանալու մասին տեղեկանք,

4) եթե դիմումը ներկայացնում է այլ անձ` նաև այդ անձի` անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը, սոցիալական քարտ կամ հանրային ծառայությունների համարանիշ կամ չստանալու մասին տեղեկանքը:

Յուրաքանչյուր ամսվա խնամքի նպաստը վճարվում է տվյալ ամսվա ընթացքում` ծնողի ընտրությամբ անկանխիկ (փոխանցվում է ծնողի բանկային հաշվին) կամ կանխիկ եղանակով (վճարվում է «Հայփոստ» ՓԲԸ-ի միջոցով):

Անկանխիկ եղանակով երեխայի խնամքի նպաստը տրամադրվում է հետևյալ բանկերում բացված հաշվեհամարին փոխանցելու միջոցով.

Խնամքի նպաստը վճարվում է նաև ծնողի տված և նոտարի վավերացրած լիազորագրով, եթե լիազորագրով խնամքի նպաստը վճարելու մասին գրավոր դիմումը և լիազորագիրը ներկայացվում են տարածքային բաժին:

Խնամքի նպաստը լիազորագրով անընդմեջ կարող է վճարվել վեց ամսից ոչ ավելի ժամանակահատվածում` սկսած խնամքի նպաստը լիազորագրով վճարելու ամսից, բայց ոչ ավելի, քան լիազորագրի գործողությունը դադարելը:

Լիազորագիրը տալու ամսվան հաջորդող վեցերորդ ամսվանից հետո խնամքի նպաստը տվյալ լիազորագրով չի վճարվում:
