Այս տունը լքվել է 1938 թվականին․ 70 տարի անց բացելով տունը՝ մարդիկ պարզապես ապշեցին դրա պարունակությունից. ՖՈՏՈՇԱՐՔ

1938 թվականին Փարիզի 23-ամյա բակչուհի Մադամ դե Ֆլորիանը, վախենալով նացիստական Գերմանիայի բանակի ներխուժումից, կողպում է իր տան դռներն ու հեռանում քաղաքից։ Ողջ կայնքի ընթացքում կնոջը չի հաջողվում վերադառնալ իր տուն, սակայն նա պարտաճանաչ կերպով վճարում է բնակարանի բոլոր վճարները, որպեսզի այն պահպանվի։ 2010 թվականին դե Ֆլորիանը մահանում է, և կտակը կարդալուց հետո նրա ազգականներն իմանում են Փարիզում եղած տան մասին։

Հարազատները մասնագետ են վարձում, ով պետք է գնար և ստուգեր տան պարունակությունը՝ գնահատելով եղած ապրանքները և պատրաստեր դրանց վաճառքը։

Բացելով այդ տան դուռը՝ մարդիկ պարզապես շոկ ապրեցին, քանի որ այն լեցուն էր հին և թանկարժեք իրերով՝ նկարներ, սպասք, կահույք, հավաքածուի տիկնինկներ և այլն․

Տան ամենահետաքրքիր գտածոն թերևս այս ֆանտաստիկ նկարն է, որի հետազոտությունների արդյունքում հաջողվել է հաստատել վերջինիս հեղինակին։ Իտալացի նկարիչ Ջիովաննի Բոլդինի այս գլուխգործոցը երկար տարիներ կորած է համարվել, իսկ 2010 թվականին՝ գտնվելուց հետո, այն վաճառվել է $3,4 միլիոն ամերիկյան դոլարով։
