Այն որ նոր ձևավորված Կառավարության աշխատանքից հանրության սպասելիքները շատ են և բազմազան, դա կասկած չի հարուցում և դա բխում է տեղի ունեցած իշխանափոխության տրամաբանությունից: Այս համատեքստում էլ, ասվածը փաստելու է գալիս Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանի հայտարարությունն առ այն, որ սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների համար էլէներգիայի սակագինը 10 դրամով էժանանալու է: Ի գիտություն որոշ պեսեմիստների, և ի հակադրություն նրանց պնդումների, սա ապագայում սպասվող բազմաթիվ ձեռքբերումներից մեկն է միայն: Հիշեցնենք, որ դժգոհություններ կային նաև կոնկրետ կադրերի ընտրության վերաբերյալ, սակայն ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, վերջերս լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ հայտարարեց, որ իր ղեկավարած քաղաքական ուժի ներկայացուցիչ նախարարներն ու բոլոր պաշտոնյաներն, աշխատելու են թափանցիկ, աշխատելու են արդյունավետ, հակառակ դեպքում նրանք պարտավոր են իրենց տեղերը զիջել արժանիներին. Այս կոնտեքստում ասվածն առավել պատկերավոր դարձավ այն ժամանակ, երբ նույն ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարները հայտարարեցին, որ Ծառուկյանի հրահանգով իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակում գտնվող ստուգողական գործառույթները սկսվելու են հենց Ծառուկյանին պատկանող հիմնարկներից: Ընդունեք, որ սա ղեկավարի կողմից յուրօրինակ մոտիվացիա է պաշտոնյաի համար գործելու ավելի անաչառ և անկաշկանդ, ինչի արդյունքում էլ այսօր արդեն, այդ գործելաոճի արդյունքում տեսնում ենք առաջին պտուղը, որը միտված է հանրության սոցիլական բեռը թեթևացնելու գործընթացին:
