Պրոդուկտիվ աշխատանք՝ ի հեճուկս բոլոր չարդարացված քննադատությունների

Մերի Սմբատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած թավշյա հեղափոխությունրից հետո նոր կառավարությունից ակնկալվող կարևորագույն քայլերից մեկի՝ կառավարության անդամների նշանակման հարցում քննադատության ալիք բարձրացավ՝ յուրաքանչյուր նախարարի նշանակաման առթիվ։ Բազմաթիվ արդարացված ու չարդարացված պատճառաբանություններով առաջ քաշվեցին հանգամանքներ, որոնք կարող են խոչընդոտել այս կամ այն նախարարին իրենց զբաղեցրած բնագավառներում հաջողութույններ գրանցելու համար։ Իսկ թե որքանով են դրանք արդարացված կամ ոչ, ցույց պետք է տա ժամանակը և անշուշտ այն աշխատանքը, որ անելու են կառավարության անդամները։

Իսկ աշխատանքը սկսվեց հենց նշանակման առաջին օրվանից մասնավորապես ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարները, ովքեր ունեին որևէ ոլորտ վերահսկելու և ստուգումներ իրակացնելու լիազորություններ, անցան գործի ու հետևելով Գագիկ ծառուկյանի հորդորին հանուն անաչառության՝ սկսեցին հենց ԲՀԿ առաջնորդին պատկանող ընկերություններից ու հիմնարկություններից։ «Գործի հաջող սկիզբ՝ հաջող շարունակություն» սկզբունքով առաջնորդվելով էլ պրոդուկտիվ աշխատանքները շարունակվեցին նաև մյուս նախարարություններոմ։

Ահավասիկ երեկ կառավարության հերթական նիստում արդեն իսկ փաստվեց, որ այդ աշխատանքային անիվը գործի մեջ է դրված։ Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանն իր զեկույցում անդրադարձավ հանրությանը հոզող հաջորդ կարևորագույն հարցին, թե երբ և որքանով են նվազելու գազի և հոսանքի սակագինը։ Նախարարը նշեց, որ մի շարք փորձագիտական ուսումնասիրութոյւների հետևանքով Էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնինը առայժմ 10 դրամով կնվազի 120-130 հազար սոցիալապես անապահով ընտանիքների համար: Եվ սա էլ այն պայմաններում, երբ ատոմակայանը չի աշխատում։

Ինչևէ հուսանք, որ այս արդյունավետ աշխատանքը վարակիչ կլինի և նույն տեմպով ու եռանդով կշարունակեն աշխատել նաև մնացած նախարարությունները։
