Ինչպե՞ս չարախոսել, երբ միայն դրական տեղաշարժեր են արձանագրվում

Գևորգ Գևորգյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ, ՀՀ Կառավարության նիստի ժոմանակ, օրակարգային հարցերին զուգահեռ, քննարկվեց նաև Էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագնի նվազեցման հնարավորություններն ու ռիսկերը: Էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշաների ԲՀԿ-ական նախարար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը հայտարարեց, որ ՀԷՑ-ի հետ բանակցությունների և համապատասխան ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում, հնարավոր է 10 դրամով իջեցնել սոցիլապես անապահով շուրջ 120-130 հազար ընտանիքի Էլեկտրաէներգիայի սակագինը:

Բնականաբար այս ձեռքբերումը խոստումնալից է և նախարար Գրիգորյանի նմանօրինակ աշխատելաոճն ու օգտակար գործողության գործակիցը, բխում է այն հանգամանքից, որ ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ճիշտ կադրային քաղաքականության արդյունքում, հասել է այն արդյունքին, որին տարիներ շարունակ սպասել էր հասարակությունը:

Կառավարության անկաշկանդ գործելաոճին սկիզբ դրվեց հենց այն պահից, երբ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն անձամբ հրահանգեց ԲՀԿ-ական նախարարներին, ովքեր իրենց լիազորությունների շրջանակներում ունեին ստուգողական գործառույթներ, ստուգումները սկսել հենց իրեն պատկանող ձեռնարկություններից: Նախկինում գոյություն ունեցած բոլոր կարծրատիպերն ու արատավոր բարքերն այդկերպ մեկ վայրկյանում ի չիք դարձան և այսօր արդեն քաղում ենք դրա պտուղները. Միանշանակ սա դեռ սկիզբն է այն մեծ աշխատանքի, որը դեռ պետք է իրականացվի մեր հանրության բարեկեցության մակարդակն ու կենսակերպը բարելավելու համար, իսկ երաշխիքներն այս դեպքում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետևողական լինելու հանգամանքն է՝ իրենց վստահաված ոլորտներում հանրության սպասելիքներն ու հույսերը արդարացնելու համար:

Իսկ թերահավատները կամ պարզապես քաղաքական դրդապատճառներով Ծառուկյանի կադրային քաղաքականության դեմ ընդդիմախոսները, զավեշտալի իրավիճակում են, ինչպե՞ս չարախոսել, երբ դրական տեղաշարժեր են արձանագրվում:
