«Հայոց Աշխարհ» թերթի խմբագրի մութ անցյա՞լն է մոտիվացնում հերյուրանքներ տարածելու գործընթացը

Գևորգ Մխիթարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարի օրերս արված այն հայտարարությունը, որ «Տաշիր Կապիտալ» ընկերության ԲԷՑ-երի մասով պետության հետ պայմանագրում կետեր կան, որոնք պետք է վերանայել, խաթարել է ոմանց անդորրն ու տարատեսակ ինֆորմացիոն հակագրոհների պատճառ հանդիսացել:
Մասնավորապես, լրատվական դաշտում վարձու գրչակի համբավ վայելող թերթերից մեկը՝ «Հայոց Աշխարհ» կոչվող, անդրադառնալով այդ թեմային, փորձել է այլ երանգավորումներ տալ:

Թերթի խմբագիրը, տխրահռչակ Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը, ով դաշտում ամենահայտնի կաշառակերներից է, հանդես է գալիս, որպես օրինականության և արդարության կողմնակից, մինչդեռ հենց իր խմբագրակազմում տարիներ շարունակ յուրացրել է աշխատակիցներին հասանելիք աշխատավարձները:

Բացի այդ, վերջինս մամուլում աչքի է ընկել նաև տարբեր խուլիգանական դրսևորումներով՝ քաղաքացիների հետ ծեծկռտուքի բռնվելով:Էլ չենք ասում այն մասին,որ Գագիկ Մկրտչյանը ինքը լինելով թերթի խմբագիր առաջին հերթին պետք է հանդիսանա խոսքի ազատության երաշխավոր, մինչդեռ իր թեթև ձեռքով տարիներ շարունակ աշխատանքից հեռացրել է այն լրագրողներին, ովքեր ֆեյսբուքյան տիրույթում իրենց անձնական էջերում համարձակվում են ընդդիմադիր գրառումներ կատարել:

Նման հոգեկան անհավարակշռված շիզոֆրենիկը, պատվերը իրականացնելու համար պատրաստ է անգամ խաչ քաշել սեփական արժանապատվության վրա, ինչպե՞ս կարելի է հավատալ կամ լուրջ վերաբերվել նրա կողմից ներկայացված փաստարկներին, երբ նույն նախարարը ԲԷՑ-երի թեմայով արդեն իսկ երկրորդ անգամ լուրջ հիմնավորում է ներկայացրել, թե ինչի համար են նման որոշման հանգել: Ռազմավարական տեսանկյունից, որը ենթադրում է պետության միջամտությունը էներգոհամակարգի կառավարմանը, միանգամայն տրամաբանական հիմնավորում է, որը ևս մեկ անգամ փաստում է, որ որոշումը կայացվել է ոչ թե պաշտոնական դիրքի չարաշահմամբ կամ այլ շահ հետապնդելու սկզբունքով, այլ միանգամայն պրոֆեսիոնալ և պետության համար շահավետ արգումենտներ հաշվի առնելով:

Այս հանգամանքը, վերջնականապես իչիք է դարձնում այս պրոցեսը սևացնելու գործին լծված Գագիկ Մկրտչյանի թերթի հերյուրանքները, չնայած մեծ հաշվով նրան ճանաչողներն ու նրա գործունեությանը տեղյակ անձինք ևս կփաստեն, որ առանց նախարարի հիմնավորումների էլ պարզ էր, որ Մկրտչյանը պատվեր է կատարում և իրեն հարիր ոճով, փորձում է թեմայով հետաքրքրվողների շրջանում ապակողմնորոշում մտցնել: Վստահաբար սա Մկրտչյանի հերթական անօրինությունն է, ինչի համար վերջինս պարգևատրվել է փողի քսակով:
