Դեղնակտուց քաղտեխնոլոգն էլ գիտի, որ ընտրության մասնակցող ցանկացած քաղաքական ուժի նշաձողը մեծամասնության քվե ստանալն է

Մանուկ Գուրգենյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Ընտրական օրենսգրքում փոփոխություններ և լրացուներ կատարելուց հետո արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունները մի շարք ուժերի համար իսկական փորձության են վերածվելու: Այս ընտրությունները քաղաքական դաշտում լակմուսի դեր են կատարելու, երբ պարզ է դառնալու, թե իրականում ուժերից յուրաքանչյուրը որքանով է վայելում հանրության վստահությունն ու համակրանքը:

Այսինքն Հայաստանը թևակոխել է մի շրջափուլ, որտեղ նոր քաղաքական մշակույթի և դեմոկրատական կարգերի հաստատման էական հնարավորություններ կան: Այս ամենը սակայն հանգիստ չի տալիս մի շարք խորհրդարանական և արտախորհրդարանական ուժերի, որոնք ստեղծված իրավիճակում փորձում են դիվիդենտներ հավաքել բարձր վարկանիշ ունեցող քաղաքական ուժերի և գործիչների նկատմամբ հերյուրանքներ տարածելով: Մասնավորապես նախկին իշխանական թևին սպասարկող լրատվականներն ու այսպես կոչված քաղտեխնոլոգները, առիթը բաց չեն թողնում, որպեսզի պառակտման գործընթաց սկսեն նույն Ծառուկյան-Փաշինյան համագործակցության դեմ: Տևական ժամանակ է, որ այդ պրոցեսը ընթացքի մեջ է, սակայն հաշվի առնելով երկրում տիրող իրավճակը և հանրության դրական տրամադրվածությունը այդ միասնության նկատմամբ, բազմաթիվ պրովակացիոն և պառակտիչ գործողություններ ուղղակի հանդիպելով հանրության դժգոհությամբ արտահայտված պատնեշին, ի չիք են դառնում:

Հերթական նմանօրինակ արշավը սկսվեց այն բանից հետո, երբ երեկ, լրագրողների հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ, «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի պատգամավոր Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը հայտարարեց, որ իրենց քաղաքական ուժի նշաձողը ընտրություններին մեծամասնություն, այսինքն 50+1 տոկոս քվեների ստանալն է: Սա վերոնշյալ նախկին իշխանական ու մի շարք այլ ուժերի ներկայացուցիչների և նրանց քաղաքական կուրսը պահող շինծու քաղաքագետների և քաղտեխնոլոգների համար, առիթ հանդիսացավ հերթական «մուտիլովկան» դաշտ նետելու և հանրությանը ապակողմնորոշելու գործընթաց սկսելու համար: Տվյալ հակաժողովրդական գիծը տանող լրատվականներն ու այսպես ասած ֆեյսբուքյան «կարկառուն» քաղտեխնոլոգները, Զոհրաբյանի ասածները այլ շղարշի տակ ներկայացրեցին, թե իբր դա «մարտահրավեր» էր «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի կողմից նետված Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Սակայն իրականում, անգամ ամենադեղնակտուց քաղաքագետն ու քաղտեխնոլոգն էլ պետք է հասկանան այն պարզ իրողությունը, որ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքական ուժ ընտրության է գնում հաղթելու ակնկալիքով: Ոչ մի ուժ չի մասնակցում ուղղակի մասնակցության համար, այդ ասացվածքն այս դեպքում չի գործում:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ հասկանալի է նաև այն, որ տվյալ մոտեցումը գիտակցելով հանդերձ նման սադրիչ հայտարարություներ են արվում լարվածություն մտցնելու Փաշինյան -Ծառուկյան կոնսենսուսի շարքերը, սակայն դա արդեն հնացած գործելաոճ է, որը ինչպես արդեն բազմիցս ենք ականատես եղել, չի աշխատում: Քաղաքական լուրջ պայքար մղելու ունակությունից զուրկ քաղաքական ուժերին խորհուրդ կտանք նման կերպ չդրսևորվել, հակառակ դեպքում առանց այդ էլ զրոյի ձգտող վարկանիշը անդառնալի կերպով կոչնչանա, իսկ դա բերում է քաղաքական կապիտուլացիայի և լուծարման:
