«Արարատ» ցեմենտի գործարանում կազմակերպված գործադուլի քաղաքական երագները

Մամիկոն Մամիկոնյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Առաջին հայացքից այն ինչ վերջին օրերին տեղի ունեցավ Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի մատույցներում, ստեղծված հեղափոխական ֆոնին կարող էր բնական թվալ, սակայն երբ այլ ռակուրսից ուսումնասիրության ենթարկենք այն, բլորվին այլ երանգավորում կստանա: Այն որ գործարանի աշխատակիցները կարող էին խնդիր ունենալ և կարող էին այն բարձրաձայնել, դա հնարավոր էր, բայց երբ դա անկանոն ու անհասկանալի ընթացք է ստանում, արդեն տարակուսելի է: Անկանոն այն առումով, որ բարձրաձայնված խնդրի վերաբերյալ գործարանի ղեկավարությունը, հանդիպելով աշխատակիցներին, նրանց առաջադրած 3 պահանջներից երկուսը տեղում բավարարել էր, իսկ աշխատավարձերի բարձրացման վերաբերյալ պահանջին ի պատասխան, խոստացել էին մոտ օրերս քննարկման արդյունքում պատասխան տալ: Ամեն ինչ բարեհաջող ընթաց էր ունեցել, կողմերը փոխըմբռնումով էին միմյանց մոտեցել և տրամաբանորեն խնդիրը այս փուլում լուծված կարելի էր համարել: Բայց երբ հաջորդ օրը շարունակվեց բողոքի ակցիան, միանգամայն պարզ էր արդեն, որ այստեղ բոլորովին այլ ենթատեքստ կա թաքնված: Բանից պարզվում է հավաքվածների մեծ մասն անգամ կապ չունեն գործարանի հետ և «բարի կամք» դրսևորելով ուղղակի եկել էին աջակցելու գործարանի աշխատակիցների ակցիան: Սակայն հաշվի առնելով վերջին շրջանում ծավալված իրադարձությունների ընթացքն ու դրանցից բխող արդյունքները, հստակ դարձավ, որ որոշ նեղսրտած նախկին իշխանականներ, որոշել են ժողովրդին օգտագործելով այսպես ասած «աչոկներ» հավաքել: Հաշվի առնելով, որ գործարանի ղեկավարությունը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն է հավատարմագրել, պարզ է դառնում այդ պրոցեսի բուն նպատակը: Սա կազմակերպված ակցիա է քաղաքական մելիզմներով: Բայց այդ հավերժ «աբիժնիկները» չեն էլ հասկանում, որ այդկերպ ոչնչի չեն հասնելու, քանի որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, երբեք առիթ չի տվել, որպեսզի աշխատակիցները դժգոհեն և իրենց խնդիրները անպատասխան մնան: Գործարանի շուրջ 1200 աշխատակիցներ տարվա կտրվածքով աշխատելով 4-5 ամիս, ստանում են ողջ տարվա աշխատավարձ: բացի այդ, չի եղել այսքան ժամանակ դեպք, երբ ինչ-որ հարց անպատսխան մնա, անգամ անձնական բնույթի:

Բնական է, որ երկար չեն կարող մանիպուլացիայի ենթարկել գործարանի աշխատակիցներին և շուտով նրանք ևս կհասկանան, որ իրենց օգտագործում էին և իրենց արածը ուղղակի անմտություն է այն առումով, որ դա լուծելու շատ ավելի գեղեցիկ և արժանավայել տարբերակ կար: Անշուշտ պատասխանը չի ուշանա, ամեն ինչ կհարթվի, իսկ այս դեպքի առթիվ մեկ բան կրկին անգամ պարզ դարձավ, անկախ ամեն ինչից Ծառուկյան-ՀՀ քաղաքացի կապը և փոխադարձ հարգանքն ու վստահույթունը հավերժ է, դա հնարավոր չի և ոչ մի պրովակացիոն գործընթացով պառակտել, այդ փորձերը միայն ժամանակի զուր վատնում են:
