Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի` աշխատակիցներ-ղեկավարություն փոխըմբռնումը որոշ լրատվականների սրտով չէ

Մովսես Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Հեղափոխությունից հետ շարունակվող էյֆորիայի արդյո՞ւնք, թե՞ իսկապես առկա խնդիրների համար բողոքի ձև կարելի է համար այն շղթայական գործադուլները, որոնք տեղի են ունենում այս քանի օրերին։ Արարատում, Ագարակում, Էջմիածնում, Երևանում և մի շարք այլ բնակավայրերում տեղի ունեցած բողոքի ակցիաներն ու գործադուլները այս հարցի շուրջ խորհել են տալիս։ Յուրաքանչյուրը մասնավոր և տեղային խնդրների համար է բողոքում՝ դրանց համար լուծումներ ակնկալելով։ Այս բողոք-գործադուլների շարքում առաջինը, որ ղեկավարության կողմից արձագանք գտավ, Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանում տեղի ունեցած գործադուլն էր։ Գործարանն ունի 1200 աշխատակից, և չնայած նրանց մի մասն էր բողոքի ցույց անում, ղեկավարությունը իսկապես հրատապ արձագանք ցույց տվեց, և «Մուլտի գրուպ» կոնցեռնի տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանը հրապարակավ հայտնեց, որ անհրաժեշտ է մի քանի օր ժամանակ, որպեսզի բոլոր խնդիրների համար գտնեն խելամիտ լուծումներ՝ ի նպաստ աշխատակիցների։ Խնդիրներն ի նպաստ աշխատակիցների լուծելը, այսպես ասած, ավանդույթ է այս գործարանի համար։ Բավական է նշել միայն, որ Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանում կարող էին աշխատել շատ ավելի քիչ թվով աշխատակիցներ, սակայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ի սկզբանե որոշել էր, որ չի կրճատելու որևէ աշխատակցի հաստիք և որոշումն մինչ օրս անփոփոխ է։

Ժամանակին բավականին մեծ թվով մարդկանց գործազրկության ճիրաններում չթողող ղեկավարությունը վստահաբար այս անգամ էլ առկա խնդիրները լուծելու է հավուր պատշաճի։ Դրա վկայությունը ոչ միայն նրանց կողմից անմիջապես արձագանքելն էր իրենց աշխատակիցների գործադուլին, այլև պատրաստակամությունը՝ խնդրո առարկա հանդիսացող կետերը քննարկելու և բավարարելու հարցում։

Այս բնականոնության ու փոխհամաձայնության ֆոնին, սակայն, ինչպես միշտ լինում է նման դեպքերում, պղտոր ջրում ձուկ որսացողները, ասել է թե՝ օդից փող բռնող լրատվկանները բողոքի այս ակցիան փորձում են այլ լույսի տակ մեկնաբանել։ Թերևս նրանց սրտով չի հատկապես Արարատ ցեմենտի գործարանի համերաշխ իրավիճակը և նրանք կնախընտրեին այլ պատկեր տեսնել ղեկավարություն-աշխատակիցներ փոխհարաբերություններում։

Խոսքը մասնավորապես վերաբերում է Lragir.am նախկին իշխանամետ կայքին, որն իր գրիչը այս անգամ էլ ծառայեցնում է նույն աղբյուրներին՝ բոլորին քաջ հայտնի պատճառներով։ Սակայն, երբ ստոր պատվերը փորձում են կատարել մի տեղում, որտեղ կա աշխատակիցներ-ղեկավաորություն փոխըմբռնում ու հարգանք, այդտեղ վաճառված գրիչների թանաքն էլ չի կորողանում մրոտել իրականությունը։ Այնպես որ երբ ժողովրդի բողոքը այլ կերպ են ներկայացնում և, դրա մոտալուտ լուծման հեռանկարը տեսնելով, այն հակառակ դիրքերից են մեկնաբանում, միանգամից «վառվում» է թե՛ նման կայքերի գործունեությունը, թե՛ ի հայտ են գալիս նրանց հետևում կանգնած ծպտյալ ականջներն ու հասցեատերերը։
