Չկա այն աքիլեսյան գարշարաը, որին հարվածելով կհասնեն հաջողության

Սարիբեկ Սարուխանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Թավշյա հեղափոխությունը Հայաստանում նպաստեց քաղաքացիական հասարակության կայացմանն ու իրավագիտակցության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը: Դա է պատճառը, որ «զարթնած» ժողովուրդը, տարբեր ֆորմատներով, պահանջում է արդարության վերականգնում: Սակայն ստեղծված արգասաբեր ժամանակահատվածում գտնվել են որոշ ժամկետնանց պրոիշխանական ուժեր (նախկին իշխանության մասին է խոսքը), որոնք ժողովրդական ալիքը փորձում են ծառայեցնել սեփական շահերի համար: Ասվածն առավել պատկերավոր ներկայացնելու համար դիտարկենք Արարատ ցեմենտի գործարանի գործադուլը: Ինչպես գիտեք, օրեր առաջ գործադուլ հայտարարած քաղաքացիները, ովքեր հստակ պահանջներ ունեին գործարանի ղեկավարությունից հավաքվել և պահանջում էին հանդիպում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հետ: Այդ պրոցեսը կասկած հարուցեց միանգամից, բացատրենք ինչու: Նախ Գագիկի Ծառուկյանն այն գործարարը չէ, ով կխուսափեր հանրության, հատկապես իր աշխատակիցների հետ առերեսվելուց: Նման միջադեպի բազմիցս ենք ականատես եղել, երբ որոշակի խնդրի դեպքում Ծառուկյանն անմիջապես արձագանքել է և միանգամից խնդրին լուծում է տվել: Եվ այդ առումով նման ակցիաների կարիք չէր լինի, հարկավոր էր ուղղակի դիմել և ընդունելություն, հանդիպում միանշանակ կկայանար: Երկրորդ, հստակ ուլտիմատումներ են ձևակերպվել, որոնք չունեն ոչ իրավական, ոչ էլ տրամաբանական բացատրություն: Դեռևս համատարած տնտեսական ճգնաժամի ժամանակաշրջանից ի վեր, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից, հավատարագրմված ընկերության ղեկավարության ներքո գործող ոչ մի հիմնարկությունում, տոտալ կրճատումներ չեն եղել, ինչպես եղան այդ նույն ժամանակահատվածում ողջ հանրապետության տարածքով մեկ: Նույն ցեմենտի գործարանում, որտեղ այսօր աշխատում է շուրջ 1200 մարդ, երբեք չի եղել աշխատակիցների կրճատում: Դեռ ավելին, գործարանը չունենալով այդքան աշխատուժի պահանջ, շարունակում է իր գործունեությունը ի վնաս սեփական եկամուտների: Այսինքն փաստացի ունենալով մոտ 600 աշխատատեղ, գործարանը շարունակում է պահել 1200 աշխատող: Այս ամբողջը իմանալուց հետո, արդեն իսկ պարզ է դառնում, որ այս ակցիաները ուղղորդված են վերը նշված պրոիշխանական ուժերի կողմից, որոնք կորցրել են իրենց քունն այն պահից ի վեր, երբ Ծառուկյանը միացավ համաժողովրդական շարժմանն ու միասնական ուժերով հասան հաջողության: Ինչևէ ուղորդող ուժերը չեն էլ գիտակցում, որ այս իրավիճակը կհանգուցալուծվի ի օգուտ աշխատակցի և հերթական անգամ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ժողովրդական գործչի համբավը ավելի ուժգին թափով է տարածում գտնելու, ինչի դեմ անօգուտ պայքարում են որոշ օդիոզներ: Ինչպես արդեն նշվել է մամուլում, գործարանի ղեկավարությունը կքննարկի ստեղծված իրավիճակն ու աշխատավարձի բարձրացման պահանջը և այս ամսի 25-ին կհայտնի որոշման մասին: Պարզ է, որ ցանկացած դեպքում որոշումն ունենալու է օբյեկտիվ բովանդակությունը, որին համամիտ են լինելու բոլորը, սակայն խնդիրը կայանում է նրանում, թե դրանից հետո «հղի մնացած» ուժն իր կազմով ի՞նչ սադրանք կնախապատրաստի ապագայի համար: Մեծ հաշվով ոչ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, ոչ նրա համակիրները այդ առումով անհանգստանալու ոչինչ չունեն, քանի որ Ծառուկյանի անցած ուղին և գործունեությունը չունի խոցելի և ոչ մի կետ՝ աքիլեսյան գարշապար, որին հարվածելով հնարավոր կլինի հասնել հաջողության:
