Պոզիտիվ իրավիճակը փորձում են ծառայեցնել նեղ քաղաքական շահերի սպասարկման համար

Գևորգ Մխիթարյանն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է.

 Թավշյա հեղափոխությունը ՀՀ քաղաքացու մոտ վերածնեց հույսը և հավատը Հայրենիքի հանդեպ և կտրուկ բարձրացրեց քաղաքացիական գիտակցությունը՝ ՀՀ-ում այլևս ունենալով միայն պահանջատեր քաղաքացիներ:

 Այդ է պատճառը, որ վերջին մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում ականատես ենք լինում բազմաթիվ բողոքի ակցիաների և ցույցերի, ինչը թույլ է տալիս ենթադրելու, որ այսուհետ ՀՀ քաղաքացին ազատ կարող է բարձրաձայնել իր մտահոգությունների և պահանջների մասին:

Բայց ինչպես ցանկացած նմանատիպ իրավիճակում այնպես էլ այս դեպքում, գտնվում են մարդիկ ովքեր ստեղծված դրական, պոզիտիվ իրավիճակը ցանկանում են ծառայեցնել հանուն իրենց շահերի:

 Ճիշտ այսպիսի իրավիճակ է «Արարատ ցեմենտ»-ի գործարանում, որտեղ առաջին հայացքից աշխատակիցներն ունեն իրենց պահանջները, ինչի մասին և բարձրաձայնում են:Բայց արի ու տես, որ դա միայն առաջին հայացքից է, և փոքր ինչ խնդիրն ուսումնասիրելու դեպքում հստակ ուրվագծվում են պատվիրատուների դիմագծերը:

Բողոքի առաջին իսկ օրվանից հետո «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնի տնօրինությունը հանդիպել է աշխատակիցների հետ, ինչպես մնացած դեպքերում այս անգամ ևս ականջալուր եղել նրանց պահանջներին, մի մասին տալով տեղում լուծումներ՝ առաջարկվել է քննարկումների միոջոցով կազմակերպել պահանջների ամբողջական լուծումը: 

 Այնուհետև «Մուլտի Գրուպ» կոնցեռնի գլխավոր տնօրեն Սեդրակ Առուստամյանի կողմից տրվեց պարզաբանում, մասնավորապես այն մասին, որ ինքն անձամբ արդեն իսկ հանդիպել է «Արարատ Ցեմենտի» աշխատակիցներին, քննարկել բարձրաձայնված խնդիրները և նշել,որ գործարանի բոլոր առաջնային նշանակության, բարձր որակավորում ունեցող մասնագետները ստանում են բավականին բարձր աշխատավարձ: Բացի այդ գործարանն այսօր կարող է աշխատել անհամեմատ ավելի փոքր աշխատակազմով և հենց այս պահին հնարավոր է շուրջ 500 հաստիք կրճատել, սակայն Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի հանձնարարությամբ՝ հաշվի առնելով ազգաբնակչության սոցիալական ծանր վիճակը տարիներ շարունակ գործարանի աշխատակիցներից և ոչ մեկը չի կրճատվել:

 Ըստ երևույթին պատվիրատուներին բնավ դուր չի եկել տնօրինության կողմից հարցին լուծում տալու պատրաստակամությունը և վերջիններս որոշել են շարունակել իրենց ստոր գործունեությունը՝ նաև մեդիա ոլորտում լրատվամիջոցներում պատվերով հոդվածներ տպագրելով:

 Սակայն պատվիրատուները իրականությունը չենք կարող խեղաթյուրել, քանզի Մուլտի Գրուպ կոնցեռնը մշտապես պատշաճ կատարել է իր պարտականությունները, և այժմ էլ մինչ ոմանք ապատեղեկատվությամբ փորձում են ցեխ շպրտել, Մուլտի Գրուպ կոնցեռնը ճիշտ այս պահին Կապանում ավարտին է հասցնում ցեմենտի ևս մեկ գործարան, որպեսզի խթանի ցեմենտի արտադրությունը Հայաստանում և ՀՀ քաղաքացիները ստիպված չլինեն հասնել Պարսկաստան կամ Վրաստան և ինչպես նաև ստեղծելով բազմաթիվ աշխատատեղեր:

 Ինչպես երևում է, պատվիրատուները հսկայական ռեսուրս և ֆինանսական միջոցներ են վատնում նաև մեդիա ոլորտում այս ամբողջը ստվելերու համար,սակայն ապարդյուն, քանզի ՀՀ քաղաքացիները հստակ տարբերում են մարդուն ով իր ամբողջ կյանքում հայտնի է միայն դավադրություններ կազմակերպելով, և Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նման մարդուն,ով իր գործունեության ընթացքում նպաստել է պետականաշինությանը և տնտեսության տարբեր ոլորտների զարգացմանը:
