Ում ականջներն են երևում Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների գործադուլի ետևում

Սմբատ Ավագյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

 Վերջին օրերին Հայաստանը ալեկոծվեց մի շարք գործարանների աշխատակիցների բողոքի ցույցերից և գործադուլից։ Ըստ մամուլի, դրանց թվում էի նաև Արարատ ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցները։ Սակայն մամուլի հրապարակած տվյալները լրացուցիչ ուսումնասիրության կարիք ունեն, քանի որ մի շարք հանգամանքեր ստիպում են դրանց ավելի ուշադիր նայել։ 

 Այսպես, պարզվում է, որ Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների բողոքի ցույցի մասին սոցցանցերում գրել է ոմն Իսպանիայում բնակվող օգտատեր, որը արդեն տարիներ շարունակ բնակվում է արտերկրում և ոչ մի կապ չունի Հայաստանում ընթացող գործընթացների հետ։ Հենց այստեղ էլ առաջանում են կասկածի առաջին հետքերը։ Ինչո՞ւ պետք է Իսպանիայում բնակվող օգտատերը հանկարծ մտահոգվի Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների բողոքով և առավելս ևս ուղղորդված ձևով դա տարածի սոցցանցերում։

 Երկրորդ, որքան էլ մամուլը գրի, որ բողոքի են դուրս եկել Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցները, սակայն իրականում բողոքողների մեծ մասը եղել են անձինք, ովքեր որևէ կապ չունեն Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի հետ։ Այսինքն այս ամենը եղել է ուղղորդված գործընթաց, որին որոշ մարդիկ «տակից» մասնակցել են և ամեն ինչ արել, որպեսզի մասսայական գործադուլի տպավորություն ստեղծվի, իսկ Իսպանիայում բնակվող ինչ-որ օգտատեր այդ ամենը տարածել է սոցցանցերում։ 

 Այն ինչ պետք է նշել, որ գործարանի տմնօրինությունը հանդիպել է աշխատակիցների հետ, որոշ հարցերի տեղում լուծում է տրվել, իսկ որոշ հարցերը այս պահին լուծման ընթացքի մեջ են։ Սակայն թերևս այդ ամենը դուր չի եկել որոշ ուժերի կամ անձանց, ովքեր կողքից կրակի վրա յուղ են լցնում։ Սակայն որքան էլ նրանք ջանան, Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանի աշխատակիցների բողոքի ցույցերին ուշադիր նայելիս պարզ զգացվում են դրվագներ, որոնք հուշում են, որ այս ամենի հետևում պարզ երևում են որոշ անձնաց ականջներ։

 Եվս մեկ հավելում․ Արարատի ցեմենտի գործարանում այսօր կա 1200 աշխատակից, այն դեպքւմ, երբ գործարանը կարող է աշխատել շատ ավելի քիչ աշխատակիցներով, սակայն, ելնելով ստեղծված ծանր սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակից, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը որոշում է կայացրել չկրճատել ոչ մի աշխատակցի, մի բան, ինչը բացառիկ քայլ է Հայաստանի գործարարների դեպքում։ 

 Նշենք, որ աշխատակիցների խնդիրների վրա դիվիդենտներ հավաքելը և բողոքի ցույցեր կազմակերպելը առնվազն ստորություն է, և վաղ թե ուշ բացահայտվելու է, թե ովքեր են կանգնած այս ամենի ետևում։
