ԵՐԲ ԳԱԼԻՍ ԵՆ ՆԵՐԴՐՈՒՄՆԵՐԸ

Երբ անցած շաբաթ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց, որ միայն այս տարվա ընթացքում նախատեսվում է մոտ 850 միլիոն դոլարի ներմներ իրականացնել, շատերը <<հայկական ավանդույթի>> համաձայն թերհավատությամբ արձագանքեցին: Բայց արդեն Գյումրիում պարզ դարձավ, որ այս անգամ, կարծես թե, ամեն ինչ լուրջ է և կոնկրետ: Խորհրդանշական է, որ ներդրումային <<բումի>> սկիզբը տրվեց աղետի գոտում՝ մասնավորապես Գյումրիում, իսկ ավելի կոնկրետ քաղաքի օդային դարպասներից: Պարզվում է, որ բացի <<Պոբեդա>> ցածր բյուջետային ավիաընկերությունից, կան նաև այլ ավիաընկերություններ, որոնք ցանկանում են թռիչքներ իրականացնել դեպի Գյումրի (ի դեպ հենց նման կերպ զարգացավ հայաստանցիների համար այդքան երանելի դարձած վրացական ավիաշուկան, երբ ակտիվացրեց Քութաիսիի օդանավակայանը): Սակայն Գյումրիի այսօրվա օդանավակայանը դրան պատրաստ չէ: Այդ իսկ պատճառով օդանավակայանի արգենտինահայ կառավարիչը որոշեց շատ կարճ ժամանակահատվածում 10 միլիոն դոլարի ներդրում իրականացնել այն արդիականացնելու համար: Նույն օրը ներկայացվեց նաև <<Կումայրի>> ազգային պատմա-ճարտարապետական արգելոցի ներդրումային ծրագրի մեկնարկի մասին: Ընդ որում երբ Կարեն Կարապետյանը հայտարարեց որ իր ընտանիքը 500 հազար դոլարի ներդրում է իրականացնելու, զգացնել տվեց նախորդ խոստումներից բազմիցս խաբված լինելու որոշ լրագրողների բարդույթը: Պահանջեցին երաշխիքներ, <<պապայի արևներ>>, բարաթներ և այդ ամենը առանց <<լեզուն կծելու>>: Հասկանալի է, որ տարիներ շարունակ օգնություններ, տրասֆերներ և բարեգործություններ տեսած քաղաքը չի հավատում ներդրումներին… կամ չի ուզում հավատալ, որովհետև ներդրումները <<քյաշ>> չեն ու <<նաղդ>> չեն: Ինչևէ, սառույցը կոտրվեց, և արդեն մոտակա ամիսներին պարզ կդառնա, կկարողանան, իրոք, ներդրումներն ու աշխատատեղերը տրամադրություններ փոխել Հայաստանի երբեմնի ամենաուրախ քաղաքում:
