Կաշառքը վերացնելը ու ՀԴՄ կտրոն տրամադրելը կարևոր քայլեր են, բայց շատ քիչ են։ Տնտեսությունը կառավարել ու զարգացնելը շատ ավելի բարդ գործ է՝ ինչ հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականություն է տարվելու, ինչ կանոններով, ինչ մոտեցումներ են ունենալու, ասենք, կուտակային կենսաթոշակային համակարգի, ՓՄՁ ոլորտի հարցերի և այլնի վերաբերյալ։ Ու էլի լիքը հարցեր…

Հասկանում եմ, որ սա ժամանակավոր կառավարություն է, որը կարճաժամկետ խնդիրներ է լուծելու։ Բայց էդ դեպքում էլ չեմ հասկանում առանձին պաշտոնների շուրջ առաջացած աժիոտաժը։
