«Եթե զուգարանում թուղթ չլինի, քո դեմքով եմ սրբվելու». երիտասարդը ինտերնետ ակումբում դանակով հարձակվել է աշխատողի վրա

«Առաջին լրատվական»-ը գրում է.

«Եթե զուգարանում թուղթ չլինի, քո դեմքով եմ սրբվելու». երիտասարդը ինտերնետ ակումբում դանակով հարձակվել է աշխատողի վրա:

26-ամյա Ռոմիկին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել որպես զենք օգտագործված առարկայի՝ դանակի գործադրմամբ, բացառիկ ցինիզմով կատարած խուլիգանության համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 258 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ 2017 թվականի ապրիլի լույս 7-ի վաղ առավոտյան՝ ժամը 5-ի սահմաններում, գտնվելով ալկոհոլային հարբածության վիճակում, գարեջրի շիշը ձեռքին մտել է Կոմիտասի պողոտայում գործող ինտերնետ ակումբներից մեկը: Երբ ակումբի գիշերային աշխատող Սարգիս Գ.-ն դիտողությւոն է արել, որ գարեջրի շշով ակումբ մտնելն արգելված է, Ռոմիկը վիճել է նրա հատ, որի ընթացքում «բացառիկ ցինիզմ դրսևորելով՝ սրահում գտնվող մարդկանց ներկայությամբ լկտի ու անպարկեշտ արտահայտություններ ու հայհոյանքներ է հնչեցրել», մի քանի անգամ թքել է աշխատողի ուղղությամբ, բռնություն է գործադրել՝ ձեռքերով ու ոտքերով հարվածներ է հասցրել նրան, ապա շարունակելով խուլիգանական գործողությունները, որպես զենք գործադրված առարկայով՝ դանակով հարձակվել է Սարգիս Գ.-ի վրա, փորձել է հարվածներ հասցնել նրան, ինչպես նաև սպառնացել է, թե կհարվածի:

Աշխատողին հաջողվել է Ռոմիկին դուրս հանել ակումբից, ապա նա ներսից փակել է ակումբի դուռը: Ռոմիկը դրսից շարունակել է հարվածներ հասցնել դռանը, հայհոյել, մինչև ահազանգով ժամանել են ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներն ու նրան բերման են ենթարկել ոստիկանություն:

Դեպքին ականատես վկա Արտյոմ Մ.-ն նախաքննական ցուցմունքում հայտնել է, թե դեպքի օրը, առավոտյան ժամը 5 –ի սահմաններում, երբ ինքը Կոմիտասի պողոտայի «կոմպյուտերանոցում էր», ներս է մտել մի տղա, ով ճոճվելով էր քայլում, ձեռքին էլ գարեջրի կիսատ շիշ կար:

Ակումբի աշխատող Սարգիսն ասել է, թե չի թույլատրվում գարեջրի կամ որևէ ալկոհոլային խմիչքի շշով ակումբ մտնել: Ներս մտած տղան՝ Ռոմիկը, վիճել է Սարգիսի հետ՝ ասելով, թե իրեն ոչ ոք չի կարող ասել, որ ինքը գարեջրի շշով ներս չմտնի:

Մի քանի րոպե վիճելուց հետո Ռոմիկը գնացել է զուգարան: Աշխատող Սարգիսը մոտեցել է ակումբում նստածներին՝ պարզելու՝ ո՞ւմ ծանոթն է նա, թող խնդրեն, որ նա դուրս գա ակումբից:

Սրահում այդ պահին, ըստ վկայի, չորս հաճախորդ կար, որոնցից երկուսը կարծես քնած էին՝ նրանց գլուխը կախված էր:

Քիչ անց զուգարանից Ռոմիկը հետ է եկել ու ասել, թե զուգարանում թուղթ չկա, նա Սարգիսից թուղթ է ուզել: Սարգիսն ասել է, թե զուգարանում թուղթ կա: Նա Ռոմիկի հետ գնացել է զուգարան, իսկ Ռոմիկը Սարգիսին ասել է՝ եթե զուգարանում թուղթ չլինի, նրա դեմքով է սրբվելու…

Զուգարանում թուղթ կար, Սարգիսը հետ է եկել սրահ:

Երբ Ռոմիկը զուգարանից վերադարձել է սրահ, շարունակել է հայհոյել: Նա փորձել է նստել համակարգչի մոտ, բայց Սարգիսը թույլ չի տվել: Սարգիսը փորձում էր խմածին չհրահրել, բայց նա աղմկում ու հայհոյում էր: Նա մոտից հանել է սև գույնի ծալովի դանակ, թափահարել է աջ ու ձախ՝ փորձելով վախեցնել կամ հարվածել Սարգիսին: Նա ասում էր՝ Սարգիսն ո՞վ է, որ իրեն չթողնի համակարգչի մոտ նստել: Սրահում նա հետապնդել է Սարգիսին, Սարգիսը նրանից պաշտպանվել է աթոռով: Երբ Ռոմիկը հայհոյել է Սարգիսի ծնողներին, Սարգիսը հրել է նրան ու նույնպես հայհոյանք է տվել: Նրանք քաշքշել են իրար, հարվածներ են հասցրել…
