50 հազար դրամի արժեք ունեցող բաժնեմասը տարեվերջին վաճառել է 264 միլիոնով. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Դավիթ Մանուկյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր՝ 2017 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագիրը։

Համաձայն հայտարարագրի, Մանուկյանը նախորդ տարի 20 միլիոն դրամով գնել է հողամաս, միաժամանակ նշված է, որ նույն տարում ձեռք է բերել և այնուհետև վաճառել՝ առանձնատուն, որի արժեքը, սակայն, նշված չէ։

Պաշտոնյան ունեցել է նաև բաժնեմասեր։ Տարեսկզբին դրանց հարկային գինը կազմել է 50 հազար դրամ և 44 միլիոն 859 հազար դրամ, այնուհետև դրանք մինչ տարեվերջ օտարվել են համապատասխանաբար՝ 264 միլիոն և 23 միլիոն դրամով։

Դրամական միջոցները 2017 թ. վերջին կազմել են 126 միլիոն 707 հազար դրամ, 2 միլիոն 300 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար ու 300 հազար եվրո, իսկ եկամուտները՝ 58 միլիոն 707 հազար դրամ, որից 4 միլիոն 560 հազար դրամը աշխատավարձ է, մնացածը՝ շահաբաժին։
