Ի՞նչ է հասկացնում Սարգսյանը Փաշինյանին

Վերջին շրջանում էլ ավելի ակտիվ կերպով քննարկվում է այն կարևորագույն հարցը, թե մայիսի 8-ից հետո ինչպիսի կադրային քաղաքականություն կվարի Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը: Ովքե՞ր հրաժեշտ կտան զբաղեցրած պաշտոններին և ովքե՞ր դիտարկվելով արժեքավոր կադր՝ կշարունակեն իրենց աշխատանքը, ընդ որում, անկախ կուսակցական պատկանելիությունից: Այս համատեքստում անչափ ուշագրավ է դառնում թե ինչպիսի ճակատագրի կարժանանա նորընտիր նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանը, ով կարելի է ասել նույնիսկ չհասցրեց ինտեգրվել համակարգին և իր պաշտոնավարումը սկսեց Հայաստանի պատմության մեջ աննախադեպ քաղաքական-սահմանադրական ճգնաժամի պայմաններում: Վերջին օրերին Սարգսյանն ակտիվացել է և հատկապես արտասահմանյան մամուլին տված իր հարցազրույցներում մշտապես փորձում է ընդգծել այն փոփոխված իրականությունը, որում այսօր եփվում է ներքաղաքական կյանքը:

Սարգսյանը հեռակա կարգով մեսիջներ է հղում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, ցույց տալով իր՝արդեն նախկին իշխանություն հանդիսացող Հանրապետական կուսակցության հետ որևէ աղերս չունենալը, և փաստացի հասկացնելով, որ պատրաստ է և ցանկանում է շարունակել զբաղեցնել ներկայիս պաշտոնը՝ համագործակցելով Փաշինյանի կառավարության հետ: Բացի այդ Սարգսյանի շեշտադրումներից ակնհայտ է դառնում նաև նրա հավակնությունների սահմանները՝ նա շարունակելու է մնալ համերաշխության և կայունության գարանտը, որևէ կերպ չհավակնելով ավելիին: Նման դասավորվածությունը բխում է նաև Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի շահերից: Մի կողմից, նա իրոք իր ձեռքում այն խաղաքարտերը որոնք թույլ կտային Սարգսյանին այս կամ այն կերպ կապել Հանրապետական կուսակցության գործած մեղքերի հետ, մյուս կողմից ստեղծված բարդ աշխարհաքաղաքական և տնտեսական իրավիճակում ՝ Արմեն Սարգսյանի դիվանագիտական, տնտեսական և ինչու ոչ միջանձնային կապերը արևմուտքի հայտնի շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչների հետ կարող են օգտակար լինել Փաշինյան վարչապետին:

Այս ամենը հնարավորություն է տալիս որոշակի վստահությամբ ենթադրել, որ Արմեն Սարգսյանը կպահպանի նախագահի իր պաշտոնը, համենայնդեպս մինչ այն պահը, երբ Փաշինյանը ձեռնամուխ կլինի իր իսկ կողմից առաջ քաշված ծրագրով գերվարչապետության ինստիտուտի վերացմանը և նախագահի լիազորությունների ընդլայմանը: Այդ ժամանակ գուցե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից նախըտրելի թեկնածու կդառնա իր թիմը ներկայացնող և ավելի վստահելի անձ, սակայն այդ գործընթացը կարող է ամիսներ տևել, հատկապես հաշվի առնելով խորհրդարանում առկա ուժերի բալանսը:
