«Այսօր գործող իշխանությունը աշխատում է ՀՀ պետական շահերի դեմ». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Փաստ»–ի հյուրն է քաղաքագետ Լևոն Շիրինյանը

– Պարոն Շիրինյան, Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականից հետո տպավորություն է, թե ոմանք, համարելով իրենց նպատակն իրագործված, հետ են քաշվում շարժումից: Այդպե՞ս է:

– Թվում է, բայց այդպես չէ: Սա համազգային է: Վարչապետն (նկատի ունի Կարեն Կարապետյանին) էլ հույս չունենա: Ոչ ոք թող հույս չունենա:

– Այս օրերին նաև փորձում են «սևացնել» Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ մեջ բերելով, որ նա բանակում չի ծառայել, դիպլոմ չի ստացել և այլն: Այս ամենը կարո՞ղ է մարդկանց դիրքորոշման վրա ազդեցություն ունենալ:

– Գործելակերպի սովետական հին մեթոդ է կարծես, որը ոչ մի արդյունք չի տալու: Հակառակն է լինում: Երբ տեսնում են՝ ինչ հակադրություն կա, մարդիկ հասկանում են, թե որն է նպատակը: Այս վիճակում դա արդյունք չի տալիս:

– «Վախենալ» պետք չէ՞ այդ ամենից:

– Ո՛չ, պետք չէ: Պետք է առողջ դիրքորոշում ունենալ: Որքան կվարկաբեկեն, իրենք իրենց վարկանիշը կկորցնեն: Հիմա որքան թավշյա հեղափոխության և նրա առաջնորդի դեմ խոսակցությունները շարունակվեն, այնքան մենք կտեսնենք, թե ովքեր են օտար ուժերի հետ, որովհետև սա շատ մաքուր շարժում է: Երիտասարդական շարժում է՝ ժողովրդավարության համար: Ուրիշ ոչինչ չկա մեջը:

Մարդիկ ուզում են պետության մեջ կոռուպցիա չլինի, գողական աշխարհ չլինի, ինչը իշխանությունների կողմից հովանավորվում է: Ուզում են իրավական պետություն, սոցիալական ծառայություն, կրթություն, ուրիշ բան չեն ուզում: Իսկ իշխանությունը հակապետական կուրս է վարում՝ Կարեն Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ:

– Մատնանշում են նաև, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չի կարող արտաքին հարաբերություններով զբաղվել:

– Կոալիցիան (ՀՀԿ–ն ու ՀՅԴ–ն) արտաքին քաղաքականությունը շատ լավ է հասկանում՝ Ղարաբաղն Ադրբեջանին հանձնելը: Այդ իմաստով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը շատ վատ արտաքին քաղաքականության ղեկավար կլինի, որովհետև ոչ մի թիզ հող չի տրվելու: 2016 թ. ապրիլին հայտնի էր՝ ով էր պաշտպանում սահմանը. զորքը պաշտպանում էր, իշխանությունը չքացել էր: Կարեն Կարապետյանը ո՞ւր էր: Ռուսաստանի հետ ինչ–որ գործարքի մեջ էին, տարածքներ պետք է հանձնեին: Հիմա Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը այդ արտաքին քաղաքականությունը շատ վատ է վարում: Ինչը հայ ժողովրդին ձեռնտու է: Այն, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանին ասում էին, թե նա բանակցություններին շատ լավ է տիրապետում, դրանք հանձնելու վերաբերյալ էին: Ադրբեջանն ուղղակի քիչ չէր ուզում, ասում էր՝ ամբողջը, բայց չէր ստացվում: Հիմա այդպիսի բանակցող մեզ պե՞տք է:

Հայրենիքն օտարին հանձնելու քաղաքականության իմաստով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բանակցությունները վատ կվարի: Փաշինյանին և թավշյա հեղափոխությունը պետք է պաշտպանել Ա–ից մինչև Բ և օմեգա, մնացածը՝ հակահեղափոխություն է: Այսօր Հայաստանի գործող իշխանությունը գործում է Հայաստանի պետական շահերի դեմ: Դրա համար էլ ժողովուրդը ապստամբում է և հեռացնում իշխանություններին:
