Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանը ՀՀ 3-րդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի փոքր եղբայրն է։ Ամուսնացած է։ Ունի երկու որդի և երկու թոռ։ Ավագ որդին՝ Հայկ Սարգսյանը, աշխատում է Երևանի Քաղաքապետարանի Հասարակական Կարգի Պահպանման Վարչությունում։ Կրտսեր որդին՝ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը, գործարար է։

Ինչպես խոստովանել է Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանը, իրեն է պատկանում «ՄուլտիԼիոն» ընկերության բաժնետոմսերի 50 %-ը

Համաձայն մամուլում շրջանառվող լուրերի, Սաշիկ Սարգսյանը 2005 թվականին 2,8 միլիոն դոլարով ԱՄՆ-ի Տարզանա քաղաքի 4935 Avenida Oriente, Tarzana, CA 91356-4632 հասցեում գնել է առանձնատուն, որի վերանորոգման վրա ծախսել է 300 հազար դոլար:

Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանի անունը գազալցակայանների համակարգի հետ կապված է 1998 թվականից։ Համաձայն քաղաքական վերլուծաբան Արտաշես Գեղամյանի, Սաշիկը գազալցակայանները, ինչպես նաև ԱՄՆ-ում և Եվրոպայում գտնվող անշարժ գույքը և շինարարական ընկերությունը ստացել է այն ժամանակվա նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանից։

Ալեքսանդր Սարգսյանին է պատկանում շինարարական «Գլենդել Հիլզ» ընկերությունը, որի գործունեությունը 2011 թվականին հայտնվել էր ԱՄՆ իրավապահ մարմինների ուշադրության կենտրոնում։

«Parking City Service»[խմբագրել
2013 թվականի օգոստոսի 1-ից Երևանում գործում է ավտոկայանման վճարովի համակարգ, որը սպասարկում է Սաշիկ Սարգսյանին պատկանող «Parking City Service» ընկերությունը։ Ավտոկայանման վճարների 70 %-ը մնում է «Parking City Service» ընկերությանը և իսկ 30 %-ը փոխանցվում քաղաքային բյուջե։
