Պլան Բ. ինչո՞ւ է Հանրապետականը ժամանակ ձգում

Ինչպես երևում է՝ Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը մտադիր չէ զենքերը վայր դնել և հալած յուղի տեղ ընդունել ժողովրդի թեկնածու Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ վարչապետ դառնալու փաստը: Այսօր ՀՀԿ ֆրակցիայի ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը փաստացի մատնեց ՀՀԿ հեռուն գնացող ծրագրերը, ակնարկելով, որ ՀՀԿ-ն համաձայնել է չխոչընդոտել ԱԺ նիստի անցկացմանը: Սա մանևրելու ևս մեկ տարբերակ է, որից օգտվում է Հանրապետականը: Չկարողանալով անցկացնել Կարեն Կարապետյանի թեկնածությունը, Հանրապետականն այսօր ցանկանում է ժամանակ ձգել:

Բնական է, որ գլխավոր նպատակը և ցանկությունը իշխանության նկատմամբ վերահսկողական լծակների գոնե մասնակի պահպանումն է խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության ձեռքում: Եթե այսօր Հանրապետականը տապալում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի ընտրությունը ԱԺ-ում, ապա յոթօրյա ժամկետում պետք է կայանան վարչապետի նոր ընտրություններ: Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, Հանրապետական կուսակցության գլխավոր նպատակը երկու անգամ Փաշինյանի ընտրությունը տապալելն ու խորհրդարանը ցրելն է, որից հետո, Սահմանադրության համաձայն, կնշանակվեն արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ: Ռեյտինգային ընտրակարգով, գործող ընտրական օրենսգրքով անցկացվող ընտրությունները թույլ կտան Հանրապետական կուսակցությանը՝ իրեն բնորոշ ռեսուրսները գործի դնելով՝ կրկին վերարտադրվել:

Այս հարցում Հանրապետականներն ունեն նաև արտաքին ուժերի աջակցությունը՝ մասնավորապես՝ Ռուսաստանը անչափ շահագրգռված է Հայաստանում հանրապետականների իշխանությունը պահպանելով: Ունենալով այս խաղաքարտերը, Հանրապետականն այսօր գնում է բավական լուրջ ավանտյուրայի, որը կարող է հանգեցնել սահմանադրական կոլապսի և քաղաքական վակուումի խորացամանը: Հենց այս սցենարը աչքի տակ ունենալով, Փաշինյանը պարտավոր է ակտիվ պահել փողոցը՝ իբրև լուրջ հակակշիռ հանրապետականների Պլան Բ-ին: Քանի որ այդ Պլան Բ-ն նաև ենթադրում է ժամանակ ձգելով մաշեցնել ժողովրդի պայքարը և շարժումը, որից հետո Հանրապետականը կրկին որքան ուզի, այնքան էլ կխփի:
