Վրաստանի ղեկավարությունը փորձում է բարելավել քաղաքական հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ

Վերջին շրջանում Վրաստանի ղեկավարությունը փորձում է բարելավել քաղաքական հարաբերությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ։ Պաշտոնական Թբիլիսին միաժամանակ պատրաստակամություն է հայտնում գալ երկխոսության Աբխազիայի, ինչպես նաև Հարավային Օսեթիայի իշխանությունների հետ։ Այս տեսանկյունից ուշագրավ է փետրվարի 7-ին Պրահայում կայացած Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ փոխնախարար Գրիգորի Կարասինի և Վրաստանի վարչապետի՝ Ռուսաստանի հարցերով հատուկ ներակայացուցիչ Զուրաբ Աբաշիձեի հանդիպումը, որտեղ կողմերը կարողացել են լուրջ հաջողություններ արձանագրել երկկողմ առևտրա-տնտեսական համագործակցության ոլորտում։ Մասնավորապես խոսքը վերաբերում է Վրաստանի ու ՌԴ միջև 2011թ. ստորագրված «Առևտրային միջանցքների» մասին համաձայնագրի իրականացման հնարավորությանը։ Հարցը բավական ակտուալ է նաև հայկական կողմի համար։ Վերջերս ՀՀ վարչապետ Կ. Կարապետյանը իր ելույթներից մեկում առաջարկեց քննարկել Վերին Լարսին փոխարինող այլ հաղորդակցական ուղիների գործարկման հնարավորության հարցը։

Եվ այս համատեքստում, ՌԴ ու Վրաստանի միջև ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունները կարող են տնտեսական նոր հնարավորություններ ստեղծել այդ թվում և Հայաստանի համար՝ Աբխազիայի ու Հարավային Օսեթիայի «միջանցքային» տարածքով Հայաստանի ու ՌԴ-ի միջև ցամաքային հաղորդակցություն ապահովելով։ Համաձայնագրի իրականացումը կարևորագույն նշանակություն կունենա Հայաստանի ցամաքային հաղորդակցության ուղիների դիվերսիֆիկացման ուղղությամբ, ինչը էական նշանակություն ունի երկրի տնտեսական անվտանգության համատեքստում։ Եթե կողմերի միջև այս պայմանավորվածությունները լիովին իրականացվեն, ապա սա լավ նախադրյալ կարող է դառնալ նաև աբխազական երկաթուղու վերագործարկման հարցի շուրջ բանակցությունների մեկնարկի համար։
