Եթե այս իրադարձությունների արդյունքում Հայաստանը ի վերջո վերածվի ավելի հավասար իրավունքներ երաշխավորող երկրի, ապա անկասկած, երկար տարիների ընթացքում առաջին անգամ մենք կտեսնենք ներգաղթ, azatutyun.am-ի փոխանցմամբ անդրադառնալով հայաստանյան իրադարձություններին՝ New Europe պարբերականին տված հարցազրույցում ասել է աշխարհահռչակ երգիչ, երգահան, System of a Down խմբի մեներգիչ Սերժ Թանկայնը:

«Հայաստանը կարող է ավելի սերտ հարաբերություններ ունենալ Սփյուռքի հետ, եթե իշխանության ներսում ավելի մեծ հավասարակշռվածություն լինի»,- նշել է Թանկյանը:

Ի՞նչ ներգրավվածություն կունենա Սփյուռքը Հայաստանում քաղաքական, սոցիալական և տնեսական տեսանկյունից, եթե ավելի թափանցիկ, կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարող և ժողովրդավարական կառավարություն գա իշխանության հարցին Թանկյանը պատասխանել է․- «Սփյուռքը ամբողջությամբ կներգրավվի: Դա նշանակում է, որ Սփյուռքը այլևս չի տարակուսի՝ ներդրումներ կատարել երկրում, թե ոչ: Քանի որ մթնոլորտն ավելի թափանցիկ կլինի, ներդրումներ կգան տարբեր վայրերից: Կոռուպցիոն բուրգի բազմաշերտությունը հասարակության բոլոր շերտերում քայքայիչ է եղել, հիասթափեցնող և ի վերջո պատճառ է դարձել արտագաղթի»:

«Ինչպես մենք գիտենք, վերևում միշտ կոռուպցիա է լինում: Բայց գոնե դա չպետք է ազդի հասարակ քաղաքացիների վրա, երբ նրանք առնչվում են դատարանների, ոստիկանության, քվեարկության և շատ այլ ոլորտների վրա երբ մարդիկ կաշառքով են աշխատանքի ընդունվում: Դրա հետևանքով մենք գործ ունենք անընդհատ անկում ապրող արդյունաբերության հետ․ անհրաժեշտ է լուրջ բարեփոխումներ իրականացնել՝ այդ խնդիրները լուծելու համար», - հավելել է նա:
