Արտգործնախարարության «ղազագիրը». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

կամ` անատամ դիվանագիտություն

Բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին Բելառուսը արտահանձնեց Ադրբեջանին և միաժամանակ հերթական անգամ ի ցույց դրվեց հայաստանյան դիվանագիտության անատամությունը։ Անգամ արտահանձնումից հետո Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը հանդես չեկավ պաշտոնական խիստ դատապարտումով, ավելին՝ այս ամբողջ թնջուկի ընթացքում չօգտագործեց միջազգային հարթակները՝ Լապշինի նկատմամբ իրականացված խոսքի ազատության և մարդու իրավունքների կոպիտ խախտումների ոտնահարման բարձրաձայնելու համար։ Վերջապես այս խնդրի վրա ուշադրություն չհրավիրվեց նույնիսկ ԵԱՏՄ հարթակում, որտեղ Բելառուսը, կարծես թե, Հայաստանի դաշնակիցն է։
Սակայն այս ամենից զատ հետաքրքրական էր Լապշինի արտահանձման հարցի շուրջ ռուսական դիրքորոշումը։ Վերջին շրջանում, կարծես թե, Բելառուսի նախագահ Լուկաշենկոն հանդես էր գալիս ռուսական կողմի խիստ քննադատություններով, որտեղ, բնականաբար, իրենց դերն էին խաղում Բելառուսի պարտքերը Ռուսաստանին։ Նման փսևդոհակառուսական նոպաները Լուկաշենկոյի մոտ վաղուց արդեն ավանդույթ են, որոնց միջոցով նա մշտապես փորձել և հաճախ հաջողել է որոշակի օգուտներ ստանալ Ռուսաստանից։ Թերևս այս անգամ ևս Լապշինը դարձավ գործիք Լուկաշենկոյի քաղաքական դեմարշների համար և արդյունքում վերածվեց Ռուսաստանին ուղղված քաղաքական ապտակի։
Թերևս որևէ այլ անվանում դժվար է տալ կատարվածին, քանի որ Լուկաշենկոն պարզապես հանձնեց Ադրբեջանին Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացուն։ Սակայն անգամ այս ասպեկտում հայաստանյան դիվանագիտությունը առնվազն չկարողացավ շահագրգռել ռազմավարական դաշնակից Ռուսաստանին, որպեսզի սկզբունքային մոտեցում ցույց տա։
Մյուս կողմից` չի բացառվում, որ ռուսական կողմը միտումնավոր ապատիա դրսևորեց Լապշինի արտահանձնման խնդրում՝ ուղղակիորեն ցույց տալով, որ ԵԱՏՄ–ում Հայաստանին ոչ բոլորն են ուրախ տեսնել և հենց իրենք են միակ և անփոխարինելի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցները։ Անշուշտ, սա դաշնակից լինելու դրսևորման առնվազն տարօրինակ դրսևորում է, սակայն ռուսական դիվանագիտությունից այլ բան սպասելը նույնպես ավելի դժվար է։ Ընդ որում պետք է շեշտել, որ Լուկաշենկոյի հայտարարություններում զգացվում էր ակնարկն այն մասին, որ ոչ իսրայելական, ոչ էլ ռուսական կողմերը Լապշինի հետ պահանջելու գործում առանձնապես մեծ ջանքեր չեն գործադրել։
Թե ինչպիսի նախադեպ կդառնա արտահանձման փաստը, և առավել ևս ինչ հետևանքներ կունենա Լապշինի համար, դժվար է ասել։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ, բլոգերին կստիպեն որոշակի ներողության տեքստով հանդես գալ կամ, ինչպես ասում է ժողովրդական խոսքը, «ղազագիր գրել», որից հետո էլ նրան կարտահանձնեն Իսրայելին կամ Ռուսաստանին։ Սակայն սա այլ խնդիր է, իսկ «ղազագիր գրողը», փաստորեն, այս պարագայում հայաստանյան արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունն է, որի դանդաղկոտությունն ու ամորֆությունը սկսում է հասնել աբսուրդային չափերի։
