«Հայաստանը հայտնվել է աննախադեպ, համաշխարհային սպառնալիքների կիզակետում։ Այդ իմաստով բացարձակապես անընդունելի էր այն, ինչ երեկ տեղի ունեցավ։ Այն, ինչ որ պայմանավորվել էին, պետք է տեղի ունենար»,- «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց «Ղարաբաղ» կոմիտեի անդամ Աշոտ Մանուչարյանը։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը պետք է անհապաղ վերջ դնի օլիգարխիական համակարգին, իսկ Կարեն Կարապետյանը օլիգարխիական համակարգի մենեջեր է։ «Նիկոլը և իր գործընկերները, նրա հետ միասին ողջ ժողովուրդը պետք է հետևեին, որ այդ համակարգը ապամոնտաժվեր։ Այսօր օլիգարխների մի ներողությունը ժողովրդի առաջ հերիք կլիներ, որ նրանք սկսեին իրականացնել իրենց գործառույթները: Այդ իմաստով այդ մենեջմենթը պետք է իրականացնի առաջին փոխվարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը։ Վարչապետի գործառույթները պետք է կատարեն անձինք, ովքեր այդ ապամոնտաժման գործառույթը տանելու են առաջ և փոխելու են երկրի զարգացման կորը։ Դա կլինի Նիկոլը, թե այլ անձ՝ արդեն կարևոր չի։ Եթե այսօր բավարար ժողովուրդ հավաքվի, ստեղծվելու է բացարձակ հեղափոխական վիճակ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը սրբելու է տանի օլիգարխիական համակարգը, պետական համակարգը, որը մինչև ստեղծվի, երկիրը հայտնվելու է ճգնաժամի մեջ։ Այս վիճակից հարթ լուծումը այն էր, ինչ նախապես պլանավորված էր»,- ասաց Մանուչարյանը։

Մանուչարյանին առավելագույնս զայրացնում է այս օրերին Արցախի նախագահի ներկայությունը Հայաստանում, որ այստեղ փորձում է պաշտպանել ղարաբաղյան կլանի շահերը։ «Դուք խաղում եք մի բանի հետ, որից նույնիսկ չեք հասկանում։ Դուք բութ գործիք եք, որը օգտագործվում է։ Կողմ եք քաշվում հիմա և թողնում եք, որպեսզի ժողովուրդը և նրա իրական ընտրանին իրականացնեն իրենց քայլերը։ Այլապես ամենադաժան պատժին եք արժանանալու»,- դիմելով Բակո Սահակյանին՝ ասաց Մանուչարյանը։

Անդրադառնալով Կարեն Կարապետյանի դիտարկմանը, թե աշխարհի ոչ մի երկրում փողոցը վարչապետ չի ընտրում, Մանուչարյանը նշեց, որ երբ հայ ժողովուրդը ամբողջականանա, ապա հրապարակն է ընտրելու քաղաքականությունը, գործիչներին, և դա բնականոն ու օրգանական կարգման ձև է։ «Պետք չէ վախենալ, թե ամբոխավարություն կլինի։ Ժողովուրդը հազար անգամ ավելի լավ է զգում, որ հիմա իրեն պետք է օլիգարխիական համակարգը ապամոնտաժող համակարգ։ Հիմա հնարավոր է՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը բացարձակ տաղանդ չունի պետություն ղեկավարելու։ Դա չէ խնդիրը։ Նրա խնդիրը պետություն ղեկավարելը չի, այլ ապամոնտաժելն է օլիգարխիական համակարգը։ Մյուսները արդեն պետք է լրացնեն այդ բացերը նոր Հայաստան կառուցելու համար»,- նշեց Մանուչարյանը։
