Իշխանության փլուզումը սկսվել է. պատմական շրջադարձ

Բոլոր մարզիկներին և մարզաշխարհի ներկայացուցիչներին վստահեցնում եմ՝ այսօր Հայաստանի դրոշը Հանրապետության հրապարակում մեր ժողովրդի գլխավերևում ծածանելու ժամանակն է. այս խոսքերով սպորտի և երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարարի պաշտոնակատար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանն այսօր հրաժարական է տվել իր պաշտոնից:

Հայաստանում ծավալվող թավշյա հեղափոխությունն այսպիսով արձանագրեց կարևոր շրջադարձ: Թավշյա հեղափոխության հաղթանակի կարևոր նախադրյալներից մեկը իշխանության ռեսուրսների ապակենտրոնացումը, փոշիացումն է:

Ռոստոմյանի հրաժարականը խորհրդանշական իրադարձություն է, որին անխուսափելիորեն հաջորդելու է խորհրդարանական մեծամասնության, Կարեն Կարապետյանի կաբինետի փլուզումը, եթե, իհարկե, հրապարակը պահպանի այս ուժն ու էներգետիկան: Կարապետյանին չի կարող փրկել անգամ Մոսկվայի աջակցությունը:

Այսօրվա մյուս առանձնահատկությունն այն է, որ թավշյա հեղափոխության շուրջ ձևավորվել է քաղաքական և հանրային լայն կոնսոլիդացիա, ինչը մանևրից զրկում է Կարեն Կարապետյանի իշխանությանը:

Համաժողովրդական շարժման կողմն է անցել նաև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ԲՀԿ-ն: Իշխանությունը փաստորեն զրկվել է, այսպես կոչված, քաղաքական բուֆերի գործոնը օգտագործելու և իրավիճակը մանիպուլացնելու հնարավորությունից: Սակայն ամենակարևորը՝ համաժողովրդական շարժումը էական գաղափարա-քաղաքական բաղադրիչ է ձեռք բերել: Բանն այն է, որ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հրաժարականից հետո խնդիրը դուրս է եկել զուտ ներքաղաքական շրջապտույտից՝ տեղափոխվելով պետականության պահպանման համար մղվող պայքարի հարթություն:

Կարեն Կարապետյանի վարչապետությունը Հայաստանի ռուսական օկուպացիայի ամոթալի արձանագրումը կլինի: Բոլորս պարտավոր ենք հասկանալ պահի լրջությունը. եթե այսօր չկարողանանք պահել հրապարակի ուժը, վաղը հարկադրված ենք լինելու պայքարել ռուսական կայսրության դեմ:
