Հայտնի է դարձել,որ Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի հղի դուստրը, թողնելով Հայաստանը, որոշել է միառժամանակ բնակություն հատատել Լոս Անջելեսում՝ ծննդաբերելու ԱՄՆ-ում, այլ ոչ թե սեփական հայրենիքում:
Ընդհանապես, շատերը նկատած կլինեն, որ հայաստանյան էլիտաների որոշ շրջանակներում՝ լինի շոուբեիզնեսի, թե ուղղակի բիզնեսի ոլորտը, հատկապես վերջին տարիներին մի տեսակ մոդայի է վերածվել Հայաստանի պետական սահմաններից դուրս երեխա ունենալը, որի նպատակն, ըստ էութան, մեկն է. խնդիր կա օտարերկյա անձնագրի սեփականտեր դարձնել նոր լույս աշխարհ եկող մանկանը, ինչը,ծնողների համոզմամբ, ապահով կյանքի երաշխիք է հանդիսանում նորածնի համար, յուրատեսակ «գրին քարտ»՝ դեպի պայծառ ապագա:
Այո՛, Հայաստանը բնավ բարեկեցիկ երկիր չէ, սակայն արդյոք դա նշանակո՞ւմ է, որ նման նկրտումներ պետք է ունենան նույնիսկ նրանք, ովքեր, մեղմ ասած, Հայաստանում շրջանառվող փողային զանգվածի հիմնական տերերից են:
Դիցուք՝ ո՞րն է Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի նման գերհարուստ օլիգարխի դստեր նմանօրինակ որոշման պատճառը, ինչո՞ւ է նա որոշել փաստացի հրաժարվել Հայաստանից, ինչո՞ւ չի ցանկացել ծննդաբերել հորը պատկանող «Աստղիկ» բժշկական կենտրոնում:
Չի ցանկացել, որովհետև չի՞ վստահել ընտանիքին պատկանող ԲԿ-ի կոլեկտիվին՝ այնտեղ մատուցվող բժշկական ծառայությունների անորակությամբ պայմանավորված, թե՞, պարզապես, աստղայինն է տարել: Իսկ միգուցե ցանկացել է պարզապես սեփական զավակին (երեխայի սեռը թեպետ դեռ պարզ չէ) օր առաջ ազատե՞լ Հայաստանի ազգային բանակում ծառայելու «տհաճ» պարտականությունից: Համենայն դեպս՝ պետք է խոստովանել, որ Ալեքսանյանները ոչ մի լուրջ պատճառ չունեին նման կասկածելի որոշում կայացնելու համար: Ողջ պետությունն իրենցն է, ոչ մի պրոբլեմ չունեն:
Ցավոք, ոմանց կողմից ցուցաբերվող նմանատիպ վարքը վկայում է մեկ բանի մասին. Հայաստանը հայ օլիգարխների կողմից դիտարկվում է բացառապես որպես փող քերելու վայր, խոպան, ուր պետք է ամեն գնով փող աշխատել, հարստահարել, իսկ կապիտալն ու թոռներին արտահանել արևմտյան զարգացած երկրներ, ինչն, անկասկած, չի կարող լրջագույն հարցերի տեղիք չտալ՝ առաջին հերթին մարդկային բարոյականության տեսանկյունից…
