ԻՄ ՀԱՅ ԺՈՂՈՎՈՒՐԴ

Ես այս պահին համարվում եմ պետական ծառայող, բայց այս պահից հայտնում եմ իմ անհնազանդությունը բռնապետական, բռնատիրական, սուլթանական, չեբուրաշկիստական իշխանությանը: Պետական ծառայողը պարտավոր է կանգնել իր ժողովրդի կողքին և պայքարել հանուն իր երերկրի ու ժողովրդի, հանուն սերունդների ազատության, հանուն Ազատ-Անկախ Հայաստանի: Իմ հարգելի պետական ծառայող ընկեր, իմ ոստիկան ընկեր, իմ ՀՀԿ-ական ընկեր, դու պարտավոր ես կանգնել ոչ թե հարազատ ժոզովրդի դեմ, բռնապետի, սուլթանի, չեբուրաշկիստների կողքին, այլ եկել է ձեր երազած այն ժամը, որպեսզի քայլ անեք ու կանգնեք ձեր ժողովրդի կողքին, ձեր երկրի, ձեր ազգի կողքին: Քո հրամանատարներն ու ղեկավարները հպարտանալու են քեզանով, որովհետև դու անելու ես այն քայլը, որ նրանք միշտ երազել են, բայց վախեցել: – ՀՀ ոստիկան, դու ենիչեր չես, քո երեխաներն ու հարազատները համացանցում տեսնելով քո դեմքը՝ ամաչում են քո համար, դու խլում ես նրանց հպարտությունն ու արժանապատվությունը: Ոչ մի պաշտոնով ու աշխատավարձով սերունդներիդ հպարտությունն ու արժանապատվությունը չես վերականգնի, նրանք չեն ներելու քեզ: Կանգնիր ժողովրդիդ կողքին, պայքարիր հանուն առանց բռնապետ Հայաստանի, հանուն Ազատ-Անկախ Հայաստանի, վերադարձրու զավակիդ հպարտությունը: ԵՎ վաղն արդեն կարող ես լինել քո երազած հայրենիքի ու ժողովրդի պաշտպանը: Նայիր այս երիտասարդներին, միացիր ժողովրդիդ այսօր և թույլ մի տուր, որ վաղը քո զավակները գան ու պառկեն այս ասֆալտին: Եթե, ոչ մենք, ապա Ո՞Վ Եթե ոչ հիմա, ապա Ե՞րբ Հարգելի պետական ծառայող, մենք հիմա նմանվում ենք 1915թ-ի այն փոս փորող հայերին, ովքեր իրենց հարազատների համար փոս փորելով, հույս ունեին փրկվել կոտորածից, բայց ուժասպառ լինելով, առաջինը նրանք թաղվեցին այդ փոսում: Հայ ժողովուրդը կոտորվող ու կոտրվող չէ: Էս ժողովրդի մեջ արթնացել է Ազատատենչ, Պայքարող ու Հաղթող Հայի Գենը: Ուրեմն իզուր փոս մի փորիր, իզուր ժամանակ մի շահիր, այլ քայլ արա, կանգնիր ժողովրդիդ կողքին, քայլ արա, մերժիր բռնապետին: Սա այն պայքարն է, որ սկսվել է վաղուց, որի համար կյանք և արյուն չեն խնայել մեր ազգի հերոսները, ովքեր բռնապետի կամքով հիմա կալանավոր են: – բռնապետ-չեբուռաշկա, դու այս հողում տեղ չունես, էս ժողովուրդն անիծելու և անարգելու է գերեզմանդ, սերունդներդ երանի են տալու, որ ընկած լինեիր Արցախի համար և իրենք հերոսի սերունդ լինեին, ոչ թե բռնապետի: Մենք այս այս պայքարում հաղթելու ենք և սերունդներին ժառանգելու ենք առանց բռնապետ Հայաստան՝ Ազատ-Անկախ Հայաստան: Ես անում եմ իմ քայլը, հայտնում եմ իմ անհնազանդությունը և միանում եմ իմ ժողովրդին: Էկեք Հանրապետության հրապարակ
