Շտապ...տարածել...տեսեք, թե որտեղ են տարել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին...կնոջ հայտարարությունը

Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ոստիկանության Սևանի բաժնի Ձերբակալվածների պահման վայրում է, «Ազատությանը» քիչ առաջ տեղեկացրեց պատգամավորի կինը՝ Աննա Հակոբյանը։

Հակոբյանի խոսքով, ինքը հեռախոսազանգ է ստացել, զանգահարողը ներկայացել է քննիչ Թադևոսյան, ասել է, որ Փաշինյանը Սևանի բաժնում է։ Քննիչը նաև ասել է, որ Փաշինյանի պահման վայրի մասին տեղեկատվության հրապարակումը 12 ժամով հետաձգված է եղել, քիչ առաջ այդ ժամկետը լրացել է, այդ իսկ պատճառով հիմա տեղյակ են պահում։ Աննա Հակոբյանի խոսքով, քննիչը չի պարզաբանել, թե ինչու է նման որոշում կայացվել։

Ավելի վաղ «Ազատության» հետ զրույցում Աննա Հակոբյանը կարծիք էր հայտնել, որ Փաշինյանի գտնվելու վայրը թաքցվում է, որպեսզի ցուցարարները չշրջափակեն այն։

Փաստաբան Ռուստամ Բադասյանը այս պահին ուղևորվում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին տեսակցելու։ Աննա Հակոբյանն ակնկալում է ամուսնու որպիսության մասին տեղեկություններ ստանալ փաստաբանից, այն բանից հետո, երբ վերջինս կտեսակցի Փաշինյանի հետ։

Հիշեցնենք՝ այսօր ավելի վաղ տեղի ունեցավ Հայաստանի վարչապետ, նախկին նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի և նրա հրաժարականը պահանջող ցուցարարներին առաջնորդող ընդդիմադիր պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հանդիպումը: Այն տևեց մի քանի րոպե, բանակցությունները տապալվեցին:

Հանդիպումից հետո Փաշինյանը իր կողմնակիցներին կոչ արեց կրկնակի թափով շարունակել քաղաքացիական անհնազանդության գործողությունները՝ հայտարարելով, որ ժամը 19:00-ին Երևանի Հանրապետության հրապարակում կանցկացնեն հերթական հանրահավաքը: Հանդիպումից հետո ցուցարարները Հանրապետության հրապարակից երթ սկսեցին դեպի Էրեբունի վարչական շրջան: Արցախի փողոցի վրա ոստիկանությունը տարածքից հեռացրեց Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորներ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին, Սասուն Միքայելյանին և Արարատ Միրզոյանին, ինչից հետո հատուկ միջոցների գործադրմամբ փորձեց ցրել ցույցը՝ բերման ենթարկելով տասնյակ ցուցարարների: Ժամեր անց հաղորդվեց ընդդիմադիր երեք պատգամավորների ձերբակալության մասին:

Պատգամավորները ձերբակալվել են Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քրեական օրենսգրքի 225.1-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերով սահմանված արարքներ կատարելու համար։

Նշենք, որ ՔՕ 225.1 հոդվածի 1-ին և 2-րդ մասերը վերաբերում են «օրենքով սահմանված կարգի խախտմամբ հավաքը դիտավորությամբ կազմակերպելուն և անցկացնելուն» ու «հավաքը դադարեցնելու վերաբերյալ ոստիկանության ներկայացուցչի օրինական որոշմանը չենթարկվելուն ուղղված կոչերին», դրանցով նախատեսված է տուգանք՝ նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկից մինչև հինգհարյուրապատիկի չափով, կամ կալանք՝ երկուսից մինչև երեք ամիս ժամկետով:
