Լոտու Գուլի մականունով բաքվեցի օրենքով գող Նադիր Սալիֆովը 1995 թվականին շորթման, մարդկանց առևանգելու և ապօրինի զենք պահելու համար դատապարտվել էր 27 տարվա ազատազրկման: Sputnik Ադրբեջանի տվյալներով՝ անգամ ճաղերի հետևում նա մի շարք ծանր հանցագործություններ է կատարել: Նա բջջային հեռախոսների միջոցով ազդեցիկ քաղաքացիներից փողեր է շորթել:

2017-ի աշնանը նրան վաղաժամկետ ազատ են արձակել: Ազատության մեջ նրան անհամբերությամբ սպասում էին Մոսկվայի և Ռուսաստանի այլ խոշոր քաղաքների շուկաներում առևտրով զբաղվող հայրենակիցները: Բանն այն է, որ ադրբեջանցի «օրենքով գող» Ռովշան Ջանիևայի սպանությունից հետո Դաղստանի քրեական հեղինակություններն են նրանց վրա վերահսկողություն սահմանում:
