ՀՀ վարչապետ Սերժ Սարգսյանն ապրիլի 21-ին հայտարարություն է արել ներքաղաքական իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին հայտնում է ՀՀ վարչապետի պաշտոնական կայքը: Հայտարարության մեջ ասվում է.

«Անցած շաբաթվա ընթացքում մայրաքաղաք Երևանում տեղի են ունեցել մի շարք ցույցեր և երթեր: Խաղաղ ցույցեր և երթեր անցկացնելու իրավունք ունի մեր երկրի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի: Իշխանությունները հարգել են այդ իրավունքը և շարունակելու են մշտապես հարգել:

Ցավալիորեն, հանրային այդ հավաքները հաճախակիորեն հատել են օրենքով թույլատրվածի սահմանները և ստացել են անհարկի և անարխիկ դրսևորումներ, որոնց մասին մանրամասն խոսվում է Ոստիկանության բազմաթիվ հայտարարությունների մեջ: Տեղի ունեցող զարգացումները հղի են անկանխատեսելի հետևանքներով, վտանգում են հանրային կարգուկանոնը և վնասում Հայաստանի հասարակության բարդ և նուրբ ներդաշնակությունը:

Մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրը պարտավոր է հիշել, որ իրենից բացի այս երկրում ապրում, սովորում, աշխատում և հանգստանում են իրենից ոչ պակաս հպարտ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ: Մեր հասարակության ներդաշնակությունը պետք է հիմնվի համերաշխության և հանդուրժողականության վրա:

Խորապես մտահոգված եմ ծավալվող ներքաղաքական զարգացումներով: Անդառնալի կորուստներից խուսափելու նպատակով՝ կոչ եմ անում Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին նստել քաղաքական երկխոսության և բանակցությունների սեղանի շուրջ: Դա պետք է անել անհապաղ:

Վստահ եմ, որ իրավիճակին համարժեք նման երկխոսություն ձևավորելուն կարող են նպաստել երկրի բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերը»:
