Նարեկ Սարգսյանը հարցերը լուծել է, սպասում է նորընտիր վարչապետի «դաբրոյին». «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

 

Հերթական անգամ մամուլում պայթեց տեղեկությունը, որ Գառնու հեթանոսական տաճարի հարևանությամբ հյուրանոցային համալիր կառուցելու ծրագիրը շարունակում է իշխանությունների օրակարգում մնալ: Պետական պատկան կառույցները, ինչպես որ սպասվում էր, հերքեցին լուրը, սակայն «Փաստ»–ի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ այդ նախագիծը ոչ միայն օրակարգի թեժ հարցերից է, այլև այս ընթացքում ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարար Յուրիկ Ալոյանին հաջողվել է տարածքը 99 տարով շահագործելու պայմանագիր կնքել պատկան կառույցի հետ:

Ու թեև այն դեռևս գաղտնի է պահվում, բայց գործն իր «հաղթական» ավարտին հասցնելու հարցն իր վրա է վերցրել ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը: Նա գործարարին խոստացել է վերևների հետ բանակցելու և համոզելու «դժվարին» հարցն իր վրա վերցնել: Եվ չնայած այս գործում շահագրգռված անձինք շատ կան, բայց այս հարցը լուծելու մեջ ամենաշահագրգռված անձը հենց Ն. Սարգսյանն է: Նա որոշել է նաև մեկ գնդակով երկու նապաստակ որսալ, քանի որ չի կարող ձեռքից բաց թողնել մեծահարուստի կողմից ֆինանսավորվող հյուրանոցային համալիր կառուցելու «յուղոտ» հեռանկարը:

«Փաստ»–ի տեղեկություններով, Ն. Սարգսյանը փաստաթղթային ողջ «փաթեթը» պատրաստել և սպասում է պատեհ առիթի, որ այդ մասին զեկուցի նորընտիր վարչապետին ու այդպիսով հարցը փակի: Ժամանակ չկորցնելու համար, ձեռքի հետ էլ, նրան պատկանող ճարտարապետական արվեստանոցը սկսել է տեղանքի ուսումնասիրություն իրականացնել:

Եվ չնայած մինչև գործի վերջնական հաստատումը, ժողովրդին ասում են, թե ուսումնասիրությունները ավտոկայանատեղի կառուցելու համար են իրականացվում, սակայն, ինչպես ասում են, «մախաթը պարկում երկար պահել չի լինի»:
