Արձանագրվել են դժվարություններ` պայմանավորված ցանցի գերծանրաբեռնվածությամբ. «ՎիվաՍել»–ի պարզաբանումը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ապրիլի 16–ին «Փաստ»–ը «ՎիվաՍել–ՄՏՍ» կապի ծառայությունից օգտվող քաղաքացիներից կապի խափանման վերաբերյալ ահազանգեր էր ստացել: Մեր նախորդ հրապարակման մեջ հայտնել էինք, որ ցանցի ներսում կամ դժվարությամբ կամ ընդհանրապես չի հաջողվել կապ հաստատել: Ահազանգողները միտում էին տեսնում և խափանումը կապում Երևան քաղաքում տեղի ունեցող ցույցերի և ակցիաների հետ: Քաղաքացիներից ստացած ահազանգերի վերաբերյալ «ՎիվաՍել–ՄՏՍ» ՓԲԸ հանրային կապերի բաժնից նույն օրը փորձել էինք պարզաբանում ստանալ: Մասնավորապես՝ ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված կապի խափանումը, ո՞րն է ընկերության պարզաբանումը:

Ընկերության հանրային կապերի բաժնից ապրիլի 17–ին արձագանքել են մեր գրավոր հարցմանը: Ի պատասխան՝ հայտնել են. «Տեղեկացնում ենք, որ ս. թ. ապրիլի 16–ի առավոտյան Երևանի կենտրոնի առանձին հատվածներում բջջային կապի ձայնային ծառայություններից օգտվելիս արձանագրվել են դժվարություններ` պայմանավորված ՎիվաՍել–ՄՏՍ–ի ցանցի գերծանրաբեռնվածությամբ։ Ներկա դրությամբ ցանցը գործում է բնականոն ռեժիմով»:

Հավելենք, որ ահազանգողները խափանումը կապում էին Սերժ Սարգսյանի վարչապետության դեմ ձևավորված «Մերժիր Սերժին» նախաձեռնության և «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության գործողությունների շրջանակներում իրականացվող քայլերի հետ:
