ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահ Արթուր Ջավադյանը Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողովին է ներկայացրել իր՝ 2017 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագիրը, համաձայն որի՝ նա նախորդ տարի 1 միլիոն 297 հազար դրամի ներդրումներ է ունեցել: Նրա դրամական միջոցները նախորդ տարի կազմել են 131 միլիոն դրամ, 629 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար ու 162 հազար եվրո: Եկամուտներն էլ կազմել են 54 միլիոն 210 հազար դրամ, որից 25 միլիոն 50 հազար դրամը աշխատավարձ է, 310 հազար դրամը` շահաբաժին, 3 միլիոն 301 հազար, 6 միլիոն 128 հազար, 18 միլիոն 123 հազար և 1 միլիոն 264 հազար դրամն էլ տրված փոխառությունների՝ վարկերի դիմաց ստացված տոկոսն է: Կինը՝ Հասմիկ Մանուկյանը, հայտարարագրել է 52 միլիոն 500 հազար դրամ, 675 հազար դոլար և 252 հազար եվրո դրամական միջոցներ: Նրա եկամուտները կազմել են 25 միլիոն 643 հազար դրամ, որից 3 միլիոն 55 հազար և 810 հազար դրամը աշխատավարձ է, 1 միլիոն 329 հազար դրամը` վարձակալության դիմաց ստացված վճար, իսկ մնացածն էլ՝ տրված փոխառությունների դիմաց ստացված տոկոս:
