ՈԻՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ նորակոչիկների ընտանիքներին. Ինչ անվճար բժկական արտոնություններից կարող եք Դուք օգտվել

ArenaNews.am կայքը շարունակում է Arena-իրավունք շարքն՝ այս անգամ հարկ համարելով իրազեկել նորակոչիկների ընտանիքի անդամներին այն մասին, թե ինչ անվճար բուժօգնություն ու սպասարկում կարող են ստանալ լ նրանք ՀՀ տարածքում գործող բուժհաստատություններում:

Նորակոչիկի ծառայության անցնելուց անմիջապես հետո, նրա ընտանիքի անդամները ստանում են օրենքով ամրագրված որոշակի արտոնություններ, որոնցից մեկը թերևս զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամներին անվճար տրամադրվող բժշկական արտոնություններn են: Սրա մեջ ներառվում է և՛ անվճար հետազոտությունները և՛ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում նաև վիրահատությունները, որոնցից զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամները կարող են օգտվել զինծառայողի ծառայության 2 տարիների ընթացքում:

Զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամը հենց ինքն է ընտրում, թե որ բուժհաստատությունում կուզենա հետազոտվել կամ վիրահատվել. Նա կարող է ընտրել այն բուժհաստատությունները, որոնք այդ տարի կնքել են պայմանագիր Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ: Ի դեպ, որպես կանոն, այդ ցանկում ընդգրկված են լինում ՀՀ բոլոր առաջատար բուժհաստատությունները:

Զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամները կարող են օգտվել ցանկացած տիպի հետազոտությունից կամ վիրահատությունից, բացառությամբ՝

1.Նորագույն և թանկարժեք տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառմամբ մատուցվող բժշկական ծառայություններից

2. Նյարդավիրաբուժական, այդ թվում` գլխուղեղի անոթային հիվանդությունների էնդովասկուլյար բուժումից (ներառյալ միկրոկաթետերի, միկրոպարույրի կամ օնիքսի արժեքը)

3. Սրտի վիրահատական և ներանոթային միջամտությունների իրականացումից (ընդ որում, կորոնար անոթների ստենտավորման փոխհատուցումը ներառում է ինչպես դեղապատ, այնպես էլ` ոչ դեղապատ ստենտի արժեքը)

4. Սրտի փականների պրոթեզավորումից

5. Սրտի ռիթմը վարող սարքերի իմպլանտացիայի ծառայություններից:

Ըստ այս արտոնություններն ամրագրող օրենքի՝ զինծառայողի ընտանիքի անդամ են համարվում, զինծառայողի՝

1.Մայրը, հայրը, ամուսինը

2. Զինծառայողի մինչև 18 տարեկան երեխան, մինչև 23 տարեկան ուսանող կամ մինչև 18 տարին լրանալը հաշմանդամ ճանաչված երեխան

3. Զինծառայողի 18 տարից չլրացած, մինչև 23 տարեկան ուսանող կամ մինչև 18 տարին լրանալը հաշմանդամ ճանաչված քույրը կամ եղբայրը, եթե նրանց ծնողներն ունեն աշխատանքային գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու կարողության 3-րդ աստիճանի սահմանափակում:

Ի դեպ, առանձին կարիք ենք համարում նաև շեշտել, որ ստոմատոլոգիական և ոչ մի ծառայություն անվճար սպասրակման ցանկում ներառված չէ:

Հավելենք նաև՝ անվճար սպասարկվելու, հետազոտվելու համար զինծառայողների ընտանիքի անդամները կարող են դիմել տարածքային պոլիկլինիկա, ստանալ ուղերգրում ու այնուհետ դիմել համապատասխան բժշկական հաստատություն:
