Ուղեղի բարդ հիվանդությամբ և էպիլեպսիայով տառապող այս փոքրիկին պետությունը զրկել է թոշակից (լուսանկարներ)

ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Ալավերդի քաղաքից՝ 5-ամյա Նարեկ Էվոյանը ծնվել է ուղեղի լատերալ ճեղքի արախնիդալ կիստայով, որի հետևանքով երեխայի մոտ առաջացել են մի շարք կարևոր օրգան-համակարգերի խախտումներ. երեխան ունի խոսքի և վարքի շեղումներ, շատ հարցերում հետ է մնում իր հասակակիցներից, իսկ որպես այս հիվանդության հետևանք՝ փոքրիկը ձեռք է բերել նաև Էպիլեպսիա հիվանդությունը։

ԼՈւՐԵՐ.com-ի հետ զրույցում Նարեկի մայրը՝ Անին, հայտնեց, որ այս 5 տարիների ընթացքում որդին մշտապես եղել է բժիշկների հսկողության ներքո․ «Նարեկն իր կյանքի հինգ տարվա ընթացքում երկու բարդագույն վիրահատություն է տարել։ Գլխի մեջ տեղադրվել է շունտ։ Այդ վիրահատությունները, սակայն, չեն առողջացրել որդուս, նա շարունակում է իր կենսագործունեության ապահովման համար ընդունել շատ թանկ դեղամիջոցներ»,-ասաց մայրը՝ հավելելով, որ երեխայի մոտ ախտորոշված ծանր հիվանդությունից հետո նրան տրվել է հաշմանդամության կարգ, և պետությունից մինչև 2018 թվականի փետրվար ամիսը ստանում էր 21․500 դրամ թոշակ, որից, սակայն, հանձնաժովողովի որոշմամբ, զրկվել են։

Թե որն է եղել երեխային թոշակից զրկելու պատճառը, մայրը չգիտի․ «ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության Տավուշի մարզի բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննական հոգեբուժական մասնագիտացված հանձնաժողովն ասաց, որ իրականացված բուժհետազոտությունների արդյունքներով Նարեկն արդեն առողջ է, չի կարող ճանաչվել հաշմանդամ, և երեխային զրկեցին հաշմանդամության կարգավիճակից ու թոշակից»,-ասաց նա։

Անիի խոսքով՝ Տավուշի մարզի բժշկասոցիալական փորձաքննական հոգեբուժական մասնագիտացված հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վահե Մխիթարյանը նաև նշել է, որ հաշմանդամության կարգի տրամադրման գործընթացն ու օրենսդրությունը փոփոխության են ենթարկվել, և այսպիսի խնդիրներ ունեցող երեխան մեր պետությունում այլեւս հաշմանդամ չի համարվում։

Թե հաշմանդամության կարգի վերաբերյալ օրենսդրության մեջ ինչ փոփոխություն է կատարվել և ինչպես է ստացվել, որ բարդ հիվանդություն ունեցող երեխան, որի առողջական վիճակը ոչ միայն չի բարելավվել, այլեւ վատացել է՝ սկսել է համարվել ոչ հաշմանդամ, ԼՈւՐԵՐ․com-ը կպարզի Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունից և կներկայացնի առաջիկայում։
