Տուժողի կարգավիճակ ունեցող Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչը հայտնվել է ամբաստանյալի աթոռին՝սուտ մատնություն կատարելու համար:
«Փաստինֆո»-ն ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էր, որ Զավենը համագյուղացի Մնացականին մեղադրել էր՝  սեքսուալ բնույթի համասեռական գործողություններից մինչև շորթում կատարելու մեջ: Սակայն նախաքննության ընթացքում այս գործով տուժող՝ Զավենը, հակասական ցուցմունքներ է տվել, հայտարարել է նաև, որ սեռական հարաբերություն չի եղել իր և Մնացականի միջև, ինքը ստել է, և որշորթում ևս չի եղել:
Սեքսուալ բնույթի համասեռական գործողություններ չեն եղել. մեղադրյալն արդարացվեց, տուժողըկալանավորվեց

Ուստիև՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Սևանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործի վարույթը՝ հանցագործության դեպքի բացակայության հիմքով, կարճվել է, միևնույն ժամանակ մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Զավենին՝ սուտ մատնության համար:
Այսպիսով, ըստ մեղադրանքի, Զավենը, գիտակցելով, որ իր տրամադրած տեղեկատվությունը կեղծ է,

2016թ. հունիսի 29-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ Գյումրիի ռազմական ոստիկանության բաժնում իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող հաղորդում է տվել այն մասին, որ 2016թ. սեպտեմբեր ամսին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի բնակիչ Մնացականը, օգտագործելով իր անօգնական վիճակը, այն է՝ օգտվելով ալկոհոլային խմիչքների ազդեցության տակ գտնվելու հանգամանքով պայմանավորված իր հետ կատարվող գործողությունները չգիտակցելու հանգամանքից, մարզի դաշտամիջյան հատվածում՝ ավտոմեքենայի
մեջ, իր կամքին հակառակ սեքսուալ բնույթի համասեռական գործողություններ է կատարել իր հետ, ապա իր բջջային հեռախոսով լուսանկարել է իրենց միջև կատարվածը, որից հետո նշված լուսանկարները ցուցադրել է իրեն ու դրանք տարածելու սպառնալիքներ տալով՝ 2015թ. սեպտեմբեր ամսից մինչև 2016թ. հունիսի 18-ը ընկած ժամանակահատվածում իրենից պահանջել և ստացել է 50 000 ՀՀ դրամ:
Զավենին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 333-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով: Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրվելով կալանավորում
