Ինչու՞ նշել Սուրբ Սարգիսը, այլ ոչ թե Վալենտինը. պարզաբանում է քահանան

Սբ Սարգիս զորավարը մեր եկեղեցու ամենասիրված սրբերից է: Նա իր որդու` Մարտիրոսի և 14 քաջ մարտիկների հետ նահատակվել է հանուն քրիստոնեական հավատքի: Ամենայն Հայոց Գարեգին Բ հայրապետի տնօրինությամբ Սբ Սարգիս զորավարի տոնը հռչակվել է Երիտասարդների օրհնության օր:

Այս տարի Սբ Սարգսի տոնը եկեղեցին նշում է փետրվարի 11-ին: Տոնին ընդառաջ՝ Past.am-ը զրուցել է Տեր Սմբատ Քահանա Աբրահամյանի հետ:

-Ինչպես գիտենք, մոտենում է Սուրբ Սարգսի տոնը: Մի քանի բառով կներկայացնե՞ք տոնի խորհուրդը:

- Սուրբ Սարգիսը մեծ զորավար էր, ով նահատակվել է Քրիստոսի Ավետարանը քարոզելու համար, նա արագահաս սուրբ է, երիտասարդների բարեխոս: Կոնկրետ Նոյեմբերյանի տարածաշրջանի բնակիչների համար այս տոնը մեծ կարևորություն ունի, քանի որ նա այցելել է այս վայրեր, քարոզել այստեղ: Նրա սուրբ մասունքներից մեկը գտնվում է Կոթիի Սուրբ Սարգիս եկեղեցում, որը հիմա գերության մեջ է, ցավ ի սիրտ: Վստահ ենք, որ հատկապես բնակավայրի ժողովրդի համար նա մեծ բարեխոս է, առավել քան որևէ այլ տարածաշրջանի համար:

- Ինչու՞ պետք է նշել Սուրբ Սարգիսը, այլ ոչ թե Վալենտինը:

- Ես չգիտեմ՝ ով է Վալենտինը: Մենք հայ ենք, մեզ համար մեծ նշանակություն պետք է ունենա ունի հենց Սուրբ Սարգիսը, որովհետև նա մեր եկեղեցու սրբերից է: Մահվանից առաջ, երբ իրեն պետք է նահատակեին, նա աղոթք է բարձրացնում առ Աստված և խնդրում, որ իր անունով, իր բարեխոսությամբ արված աղոթքները լսելի լինեն Աստծո համար: Վստահ ենք, որ Սուրբ Սարգիսը մեր եկեղեցում է, մեր մեջ է, մեր բարեխոսն է, ինչի՞ համար Սուրբ Վալենտին նշել:
