Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը տվեց ՀՀ տնտեսական նոր քաղաքականության ուղենիշները

«Մեր աշխարհը» համաշխարհային ամփոփագրում, որը ներառում է աշխարհի ամենահեղինակավոր 4 պարբերականների հրապարակումները, հրապարակվել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի «Հայաստանը՝ Եվրոպայի և Ասիայի խաչմերուկ» հոդվածը, որտեղ ԲՀԿ նախագահը անդրադառնում է ՀՀ տնտեսությանը և նրա առաջ ծառացած մարտահրավերներին։
«Մեր աշխարհը» ամփոփագրում հրապարակվելը արդեն իսկ խոսում է բարձրաձայնված խնդրի արդիականության և հնչեղության մասին, քանի որ այս ամփոփագրում հրապարակվել են այնպիսի համաշխարհային ճանաչում ունեցող գործիչների հոդվածները, ինչպիսիք են Ջիմի Քարթերը, Ջո Բայդենը, Թոնի Բլերը, Քոֆի Անանը և այլոք։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն իր հոդվածում շեշտում է Հայաստանի՝ Եվրոպայի և Ասիայի միջև խաչմերուկ հանդիսանալու հանգամանքը, ինչն էլ երկու աշխարհամասերի տեսանկյունից կարևոր է դարձնում ՀՀ-ում տնտեսական զարգացումը՝ որպես կապող օղակ և մոդել աշխարհի համար։
Հոդվածում նշվում է, որ այսօր համաշխարհային տնտեսությունը ապրում է անդառնալի փոփոխություններ, գտնվում է 4-րդ արդյունաբերակաան հեղափոխության փուլում, երբ գերակա նշանակություն են ձեռք բերում նոր տեխնոլոգիաները և նորարարական արդյունաբերական մոտեցումները։
Այս համատեքստում Հայաստանի համար առավել քան երբևէ ակտուալ է դառնում տնտեսական նոր քաղաքականության որդեգրումը, որը պետք է միտված լինի երեք հիմնական մարտահրավերներին դիմագրավելուն։ Դրանք են տնտեսական մոդելի փոփոխության անհրաժեշտությունը, սոցիալական բևեռացման մարտահրավերի լուծումը և ներգաղթի կազմակերպումը՝ վստահության վերականգման և հավասար մրցակցային պայմանների ապահովմամբ։
Այս ուղղությունները հնարավորություն կտան Հայաստանին նոր բարձր մակարդակների հասցնել իր տնտեսությունը և ամբողջ աշխարհին ներկայանալ որպես պետություն, մոդել, որն ունի փոքր տնտեսություն, բայց կարողացել է այն դնել ինովացիոն ուղղությունների և նորարակական տեխնոլոգիաների ռելսերի վրա։
ԲՀԿ նախագահի առաջարկած տնտեսական նոր քաղաքականության տեսլականը իսկապես արդիական է, քանի որ մի կողմից համշխարհային տնտեսությունն է փոփոխվում խելահեղ տեմպերով, իսկ մյու կողմից Հայաստանը գտնվում է պատերազմական իրավիճակում և երկու կողմից շրջափակման մեջ։ Առկա աղքատության և շարունակվող արտագաղթի պայմաններում նոր տնտեսական քաղաքականության որդեգրումն ու կյանքի կոչումը ոչ միայն ակտուալ է, այլ նաև ունի պետական անվտանգությունը ապահովելու բաղադրիչ։ Զարգացած, նորարարական, նոր ոլորտներ ընդգրկող ու ինովացիոն տեխնոլոգիաերի վրա հիմնված հայաստանյան տնտեսության հրամայականը այսօր իր ողջ ուժգնությամբ ծառացած է Հայաստանի առաջ և հենց այս խնդիրն է, որ նկատում և բարձրաձայնում է ԲՀԿ նախագահը։ Ավելին, ոչ միայն բարձրաձայնում է միջազգային հեղինակավոր ամփոփագրում, այլ նաև դրա համար իրագործում կոնկրետ քայլեր։
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը որպես Հայաստանի երկրորդ քաղաքական ուժի ղեկավար, այսօր իր հոդվածով մատնանշում է այն հիմնական մարտահրավերները, որոնք կանգնած են Հայաստանի առաջ և պահանջում են օր առաջ աշխատել դրանց լուծման ուղղությամբ։
