Աշխարհում կա ազգությամբ հայ 60 «օրենքով գող», որոնցից ոչ մեկը Հայաստանում չի ապրում, և այստեղ գալու իմաստ բացարձակապես չկա: Այս համոզմանն է քրեագետ Սերգեյ Գալոյանը, ում խոսքերով` բոլոր ժամանակներում էլ հայ «օրենքով գողերը» կարևոր առիթներով Հայաստան ժամանել են, սակայն հիմա այստեղ գալու պատճառ չկա:

«Սվո Ռաֆը գալիս էր Հայաստան ու բոլորի հետ նստում, խոսում՝ սկսած առաջին դեմքից: Այդ հանդիպումները սովորաբար կայանում էին այնպիսի վայրերում, որտեղ ոչ ոք չէր կասկածի, օրինակ՝ որևէ տեխնիկումում: Պետք չէր, որ երևար՝ հանրապետության առաջին դեմքերը նստած են «օրենքով գողերի» հետ»,- ասաց քրեագետը` ևս մեկ անգամ հորդորելով լուրջ վերաբերվել քրեական աշխարհին, իսկ ինչ-որ մարդասպանների, հանցագործների քրեական հեղինակություն կամ «օրենքով գող» ասելը ծիծաղելի և անընդունելի է:
