Ո՞վ է ամենատարեց հայ օրենքով գողը (Լուսանկար)

Ռուսական PrimeCrime.ru կայքը պարբերաբար թարմացնում է աշխարհում ապրող «օրենքով գողերի» ցանկը: Իրավապահ մարմինների ունեցած տվյալներով՝ ներկայումս ողջ աշխարհում հաշվվում է 451 «օրենքով գող», որոնց մեծ մասը հետխորհրդային երկրների քաղաքացիներ են: «Օրենքով գողերից» 115-ը գտնվում էն անազատության մեջ, իսկ 12-ի նկատմամբ հայտարարված է հետախուզում:

Հայտնի է, որ «օրենքով գողերի» թվում գերակշռում են ազգությամբ վրացիները, որոնց թիվը ներկայումս 258 է: Թվաքանակի առումով հաջորդը ռուսներն են՝ 53: Այդ դասկարգման աղյուսակում 3-րդը հայերն են:

Ներկայումս ողջ աշխարհում կա 27 հայ «օրենքով գող», որոնցից ամենատարեցը՝ 80-ամյա Վանիկ Տեր-Պողոսյանն է (լուսանկարում): Նա «օրենքով գող» է թագադրվել 1960 թ-ին՝ 23 տարեկանում: Քրեական ողջ կյանքի ընթացքում Տեր-Պողոսյանը ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել է 9 անգամ, ընդ որում երկու անգամ՝ 12 տարվա ազատազրկման: Նրա ամենամեղմ պատժաչափը եղել է 3 ամիսը: Վերջին անգամ «օրենքով գողը» ձերբակալվել է 2008թ-ին՝ Մոսկվայում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ տարի Երևանում մահացել էր մեկ այլ տարեց «օրենքով գող» Վազգեն Ներսեսյանը:

Հայազգի «օրենքով գողերից» ամենաերիտաարդն էլ Սերգեյ Ասատրյանն է, ով քրեական աշխարհում առավել հայտնի է «Օսետրինա կրտսեր» կամ «Սերյոժա Բենթլի» մականուններով: Նա ծնվել է 1986 թ. դեկտեմբերի 12-ին Թբիլիսում: Նրա հայրը հայտնի «օրենքով գող» Էդուարդ Ասատրյանն է, ով քրեական աշխարհում առավել հայտնի է «Էդիկ Օսետրինա» մականունով: Սերգեյ Ասատրյանը թագադրվել է 22 տարեկան հասակում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ տարի տիտղոսից զրկվեցին երեք հայ հայտնի «օրենքով գողեր»՝ Անդրանիկ Սողոյանը (Զապ), Սուրեն Ավետիսյանը (Լենինականսկի Սուրո) և Ժիրայր Բրուտյանը (Ժիրո):
