Վեցուկես տարի չորս երեխաների մորը՝ 4000 դրամ գողանալու համար

Սիսիանցի բազմազավակ անօթևան միայնակ մայր Հասմիկ Սարգսյանը վերջերս դատապարտվել է վեցուկես տարվա ազատազրկման 4000 դրամ գողանալու համար, որով կերակրել էր երեխաներին: Ոստիկանությունը ձևակերպել է գողությունը 10 000 դրամ և քրեականացրել այն: Հասմիկը պարբերաբար փնտրում է վաստակի միջոցներ, սակայն պետական մարմինները զրկել են նրան նպաստից։ Իսկ աշխատանք գտնել նա չէր կարողանում: Ընտանիքը շարունակում է ապրել առանց էլեկտրականության և որևէ գումարի:

Փաստորեն ահա այսպես է ՀՀԿ-ական իշխանությունը պայքարում հանցավորության դեմ: Ամենախիստ պատժի է դատապարտում իրենց պատկերացմամբ հանրության համար ամենավտանգավոր քաղաքացիներին:

Իհարկե, որևէ մեկը չի փորձում արդարացնել գողությունը, սակայն պետք է հասկանալ, թե ինչ հանգամանքներում է դա կատարվել: Իշխանությունները օրինակ իրենց կուսակից Վազգեն Խաչիկյանին դատապարտեցին 12 տարվա ազատազրկման 2014 թվականին և վաղաժամկետ ազատ արձակեցին 2017 թվականին և սա այն դեպքում, երբ Խաչիկյանի և իր գործընկերների հանցավոր գործողությունների արդյունքում պետական բյուջեից գողացվել էր ավելի քան 260 մլն դրամ: Իսկ ահա այս կինը 4000 դրամ գողացել, որպեսզի իր երեխաներին կերակրի:

Ահա այստեղ է դատական իշխանության քայլերի ոչ տրամաբանական լինելը: Ստացվում է պետությունից միլիոններ գողանալը ներելի է, իսկ սովից չմեռնելու համար մասնավորից կատարված գողությունը աններելի:
