«6-րդ զգայարան» հաղորդման էքստրասենս Անի Մաջնունյանի սպանության մեջ մեղադրվող Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանը դատապարտվեց 20 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման: «Փաստինֆո»-ի թղթակիցն այդ մասին տեղեկացել է Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանի պաշտպան Մարինե Ֆարմանյանից:

Անի Մաջնունյանի դին հայտնաբերվել է 2015 թվականի օգոստոսի 5-ին՝ իր բնակարանի ննջարանի հատակին՝ կտրող-ծակող առարկայով պատճառված բազմաթիվ մարմնական վնասվածքներով։

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ դիակի հայտնաբերման նախորդ օրը՝ օգոստոսի 4-ին՝ ժամը 23:00-ի սահմաններում, Անի Մաջնունյանին է այցելել վերջինիս ծանոթ Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանը։ Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համաձայն՝ տանն առկա գումարը հափշտակելու դիտավորությամբ տղամարդը բնակարանի ննջասենյակում հարձակվել է Անի Մաջնունյանի վրա և դանակով, բութ առարկայով բազմաթիվ հարվածներ հասցրել նրա մարմնի տարբեր մասերին։ Տուժողի գլխի, դեմքի, պարանոցի, կրծքավանդակի, որովայնի, զույգ վերին և ձախ ստորին վերջույթների շրջաններում հայտնաբերվել է ծակած-կտրած և կտրած, թափանցող և չթափանցող 59 վնասվածք, որոնք էլ իրենց համակցության մեջ առաջացրել են հեմոռագիկ շոկ, որն էլ բերել է Անի Մաջնունյանի մահվան։

Դիակի զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է դանակի շեղբ՝ մարմնի մեջ։

Ըստ քննության տվյալների՝ բնակարանում փնտրելով ու չկարողանալով գտնել Մաջնունյանի կուտակած գումարը՝ Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանը հափշտակել է տարբեր զարդեր, տուժողի բջջային հեռախոսները, փակել դուռը և հեռացել։

Մուշեղ Մխիթարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով։ Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը։
