Մինչ Հայաստանը սպասում է արտաքին ներդրումների, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը ներսում լավագույն օրինակն է ծառայում

Սմբատ Ավագյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝

Հայաստանը ներդրումների կարիք ունի, ինչպես ցանկացած երկիր։ Ավելին, Հայաստանում, որտեղ կա զգալի աղքատություն, ներդրումների կարիքն այժմ ավելի բարձր է, քան երբևէ։ Սակայն շատերը, չգիտես ինչու, ներդրումներ ասելով հասկանում են հենց օտարկերյա ներդրումների մասին, այնինչ կա հայրենի գործարար, ով պատրաստ է իր գումարը ներդնել ոչ թե արտերկրում, այլ իր հայրենիքում։
Այդ գործարարը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն է, ում անունը այսօր ուղղակիորեն կապվում է նոր աշխատատեղերի բացման, տնտեսության նոր ճյուղերի զարգացման ու աշխուժացման, նոր ներդրումների հետ։ Վերջին 3 տարում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կատարած ներդրումների թիվը կազմում է ավելի քան 1 միլիարդ 200 միլիոն դոլար։ Խոշոր ներդրումներով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը միաժամանակ լուծում է մի քանի հարց․
1․ Զարկ է տալիս տնտեսւթյան նոր ճյուղերի զարգացմանը և աշխուժացմանը, որոնք երկարաժամկետ կտրվածքով բերելու են ՀՀ տնտեսության համընդահհոր զարգացմանն ու աճին,
2․ Ներդրումներ է կատարում այնպիսի ոլորտներում, որոնք միտված են գիտելիքահեն տնտեսության զարգացմանը, իսկ գիտելիքահեն, տեխնոլոգիապես զարգացած տնտեսությունը 21-րդ դարի տնտեսությունն է, որը Հայաստանը դարձնելու է մրցունակ այլ երկրների կողքին,
3․ Ներդրումները միտված են այնպիսի ոլորտների, որոնք ունեն ռազմավարական նշանակություն Հայաստանի համար, որոնց նպատակը ոչ թե օտարերկրյա արտադրանքի ներմուծումն է Հայաստան, այլ հակառակը, հայաստանյան արտադրության զարգացումը և դրա արատահանումը արտերկիր,
4․ Օրինակ է ծառայում այն հայրենի գործարարների համար, որոնք իրենց գումարները հիմանակնում ներդնում են արտերկրում՝ նպաստելով այլ երկրների տնեսության զարգացմանը, այնինչ դրա կարիքը այսօր ավելի քան երբևէ ունի Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը,
5․ Օրինակ է ծառայում նաև արտասահմանյան ներդրողների համար՝ ցույց տալով, որ Հայաստանը այն երկիրն է, որտեղ կարելի է գալ և ներդրումներ կատարել, աշխատատեղեր բացել՝ վստահ լինելով արդյուանվետ բիզնես կատարելու հնարավորության վրա։
Այս ամենը ապացուցում է, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը այսօր միայնակ, իր գործունեությամբ լուծում է մի շարք հարցեր և ուղենիշ է հանդիսանում ոչ միայն հայրենի, այլ նաև արտասահմանյան ներդրողների համար, որոնք անգամ չնչին կասկածի դեպքում կարող են հետևել Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի օրինակին։ Այսօր, երբ Հայաստանը իր հայացքը հառել է արտասահմանյան ներդրումների ուղղությամբ, Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Հայաստանի ներսում լավ օրինակ է ցույց տալիս, ապացուցելով, որ նպատակաուղղված աշխատանքի արդյունքում կարելի է անգամ քարից ջուր քամել, իսկ մեծ հայրենասիրության արդյունքում կարելի է սեփական երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման հրամայականը վեր դասել սեփական շահից և աշխատել ի շահ մեր երկրի տնտեսության զարգացման։
Անիմաստ է բացատրել անգամ, թե ինչ հսկայական նշանակություն ունի այսօր Հայաստանի համար 1,2 միլիարդ դոլարի ներդրումը։ Իսկ այդ գումարի նշանակությունը կրկնապատկվում և եռապատկվում է, երբ պարզվում է, որ նման հսկայական ներդրումը արվել է ոչ թե օտարեկրյա ներդրողների, այլ հայրենի գործարարի միջոցներից ու ջանքերով։
Այս առումով Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը արածը իրոք աննախադեպ է, և կարելի է ասել, որ Ծառուկյանը այսօր մեծ քայլեր է կատարում Հայաստանում տնտեսության զարգացման համար, որի արդյունքերին այժմ և մոտ ապագայում ականատես կլինենք։
