Հայաստանը պետք է սպառնար Վրաստանի իշխանություններին, որպեսզի նույնիսկ Թուրքիան մտահոգվեր.«Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս Վրաստանի վարչապետ Գեորգի Կվիրիկաշվիլին հայտարարել էր, որ կառավարությունը քննարկում է պետությանը պատկանող «Նավթ և գազ» ընկերության բաժնետոմսերի 25%–ի վաճառքի հարցը և հնարավոր է Հյուսիս–հարավ գազատարը, որով ռուսական գազը Վրաստանով հասնում է Հայաստան՝ վաճառքի հանվի:

Կվիրիկաշվիլիի խոսքով՝ եթե շուկայական համապատասխան կոնյուկտուրա լինի, հստակ որոշում կկայացնեն, սակայն հարցին պետք է ճիշտ և զգույշ լուծում տալ: Այս հայտարարությունը ինքնամոռաց ծափահարություններով է ընդունել Ադրբեջանը, հայտարարելով, որ ինքն է պատրաստվում գնել գազատարը, հայկական կողմը, սակայն այս մասով դեռևս որևէ հայտարարություն չի արել:
Քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցը չի բացառում, որ դա Հայաստանի հանդեպ հերթական շրջափակում կազմակերպելու փորձը կարող է լինել, սակայն նրա կարծիքով՝ կան նրբություններ որոնք անպայման պետք է հաշվի առնել:

«Նախ պետք է պարզել, թե արդյոք այդ գազատարը միայն Վրաստանի սեփականությունն է, թե այն Ռուսաստանի կառավարության և «Գազպրոմի» հետ ընդհանուր սեփականություն է: Իսկ եթե իսկապես վրացական կողմը նման ցանկություն ունի, ապա ո՞վ է խանգարում Հայաստանին այդ բաժնետոմսերը գնել: Այնպես որ, մեզ համար բացասական ելքի դեպքում մեր կառավարությունը պետք է միայն ինքն իրեն մեղադրի»,– ասում է Ս. Շաքարյանցը:

Քաղաքագետի կարծիքով Հայաստանի կառավարությունը պետք է հարցի վերաբերյալ հայտարարությամբ հանդես գար և այս մասով գնահատական հնչեցներ, ոչ թե փորձեր այն «թաքուն» պահել հասարակությունից:

Խոսելով գազատարի վաճառքի հայտարարության քաղաքական ենթատեքստի մասին Ս. Շաքարյանցը չբացառեց, որ Վրաստանի վարչապետի հայտարարությունը կարող է հայկական կողմի վերջերս արված հայտարարության պատասխանը լինել:
«Չի բացառվում, որ Վրաստանը նման քաղաքական խաղի միջոցով փորձի ցույց տալ, որ չի պատրաստվում վերանայել գազի տարանցիկ փոխադրման սակագինը, քանի որ ինչպես հայտնի է Վրաստանում ներկայում արժութային ճգնաժամ է սկսվել, որի հետևանքով վրացական լարին բավականին անկում է ապրում դոլարի և եվրոյի նկատմամբ: Ուստի հասկանում են նաև, որ սակագնի վերանայման դեպքում իրենք կարող են զրկվել նաև այդ գումարներից»,– ասում է Ս. Շաքարյանցը:

Քաղաքագետի խոսքով վաղը մյուս օրը Վրաստանը կանգնելու է սոցիալտնտեսական խնդիրների առջև և չի բացառվում, որ հարևան երկիրը նույնիսկ քաոսային իրավիճակի առջև կանգնի, իսկ մեր իշխանավորները հերթական մանր–մունր ներքաղաքական հարցերով զբաղվելու փոխարեն պետք է անմիջապես ցույց տային, որ հայտարարությունը շանտաժի տարրեր է պարունակում և բացատրություն պահանջեին վրացական կողմից:
«Հայաստանի պատասխանը պետք է լիներ Վրաստանի իշխանություններին սպառնալը: Այդ ժամանակ վրացական կողմը կհասկանար, որ սա Հայաստանն է, ում հետ պետք չէ խաղալ և պետք էր այնպես անել, որ ոչ միայն Ադրբեջանը, այլ նույնիսկ Թուրքիան մտահոգվեր: Եվ դա ամենևին էլ կախված չէ այն հանգամանքից, թե երկիրն իսկապես ի վիճակի է հնչեցրած սպառնալիքն իրականացնել, թե՝ ոչ: Դա պարզապես քաղաքականություն է, որը մենք չենք իրականացնում»,– ասում է Ս. Շաքարյանցը:
