Արմավիրցի երիտասարդը «սիրած» աղջկան մերկ լուսանկարել է ապա սպառնացել է դրանք տարածել, եթե նա Samsung հեռախոս չգնի իր համար

Արարատի և Վայոց Ձորի մարզերի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Լևոն Արազյանի նախագահությամբ ավարտվել է Նարեկ Ստեփանյանի գործի դատական քննությունը:

Արմավիրի մարզի 25-ամյա բնակիչ Նարեկը մեղադրվում էր շորթման համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:

Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ Նարեկ Ստեփանյանը 2015 թվականի ապրիլի 23-ին ծանոթացել է Մելանյա Ս.-ի (անունը փոխված է) հետ: Նրանք սկսել են հանդիպել: Նարեկը սիրահարված է ձևացել:

Հերթական հանդիպման ժամանակ Նարեկը Մելանյայի համաձայնությամբ իր բջջային հեռախոսով լուսանկարել է նրան կիսամերկ վիճակում, ինչպես նաև իր հետ համբուրվելիս:

Դրանից հետո՝ մայիս ամսին, Մելանյայի անձը արատավորող տեղեկությունները՝ հիշատակված լուսանկարները հրապարակելու, ինչպես նաև Մելանյայի կողմից իրավապահներին դիմելու դեպքում նրա հարազատների նկատմամբ զենքի գործադրման սպառնալիքներով Նարեկ Ստեփանյանը Մելանյայից պահանջել է կամ 180 հազար դրամ արժողության «Սամսունգ Գալաքսի» մոդելի բջջային հեռախոս կամ հեռախոսի արժեքը՝ գումարի տեսքով:

Որպես իր պահանջի կատարման երաշխիք՝ Նարեկը Մելանյայից վերցրել է… նրա անձնագիրն ու սոցիալական քարտը:

2015 թվականի մայիսի 29-ին պահանջած գումարը Մելանյայից ստանալու ակնկալիքով Նարեկը Վեդի քաղաքի «Ամֆիթատրոն» կոչվող վայրի մոտակայքում հանդիպել է Մելանյային և շորթման եղանակով նրանից հափշտակել է 50 հազար դրամ ու 53 հազար դրամ արժողության ոսկե մատանի:

Դրանք վերցնելով՝ Նարեկը Մելանյային է վերադարձրել նրա անձնագիրն ու սոցքարտը:

50 հազար դրամն ու 53 հազարանոց ոսկե մատանին գործով ճանաչված են իրեղեն ապացույց: Դատավճռով դրանք հանձնվել են տուժողի տնօրինմանը:

Դատարանում Նարեկն իրեն լիովին մեղավոր է ճանաչել ու զղջացել է: Գործը քննվել է արագացված կարգով:

Դատարանը հաշվի է առել Նարեկի բնութագիրը՝ բնակավայրից: Ըստ դրական բնութագրի՝ Նարեկը ունի «հանգիստ բնավորություն, աշխատասեր է, վայելում է շրջապատի հարգանքը»:

Նարեկ Ստեփանյանը մեղավոր է ճանաչվել շորթում կատարելու համար՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 182 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով, և դատապարտվել է 500 հազար դրամ տուգանքի:
