Հայաստանում ստացած վարորդական վկայականով կարող եք երթևեկել շուրջ 80 երկրներում. որո՞նք են դրանք

Մեզանում շատերը չգիտեն, որ հնարավոր է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության տարածքում ձեռք բերել վարորդական վկայական ու դրա հիմքով մեքենա վարել մոտ 80 երկրներում. խոսքը միջազգային վարորդական վկայականների մասին է, որոնք քաղաքացիներին տրամադրվում են, եթե նրանք արդեն իսկ ունեն ազգային վարորդական վկայական:

1968 թվականին մոտ 8 տասյնակ երկիր ստորագրել է «Ճանապարհային երթևեկության մասին կոնվենցիան», որի համաձայն՝ այդ փաստաթուղթը վավերացրած երկրների քաղաքացիները կարող են առանց որևէ խնդրի այդ երկրների տարածքում միջազգային վարորդական վկայականներով մեքենա վարել:

Կոնվենցիան ստորգրած երկրներն են՝ Ավստրիա, Հայաստան, Բահամներ, Բահրեյն, Բելառուս, Բելգիա, Բուլղարիա, Բոսնիա և Հերցեգովինա, Բրազիլիա, Մեծ Բրիտանիա, Հունգարիա, Վենեսուելա, Գայանա, Գանա, Գերմանիա, Հունաստան, Վրաստան, Դանիան, Զաիր, Զիմբաբվե, Իսրայել, Ինդոնեզիա, Իրան, Իտալիա, Ղազախստան, Ղրղզստան, Կոստա Ռիկա, Կոտ դ 'Իվուար, Կուբա, Քուվեյթ, Լատվիա, Լիտվա, Լյուքսեմբուրգ, Մակեդոնիա, Մարոկկոն, Մեքսիկա, Մոնակո, Նիդեռլանդներ, Նիգեր, Նորվեգիա, Միացյալ Արաբական Ամիրություններ, Պակիստան, Լեհաստան, Պորտուգալիա, Կորեայի Հանրապետություն, Մոլդովայի Հանրապետություն, Ռումինիա, Սան Մարինո, Սեյշելներ, Սենեգալ, Սլովակիա, Սլովենիա, Տաջիկստան, Թայլանդ, Թուրքմենստան, Ադրբեջան, Թուրքիա, Ուզբեկստան, Ուկրաինա, Ուրուգվայ, Ֆիլիպիններ, Ֆինլանդիա, Ֆրանսիա, Խորվաթիա, Կենտրոնական Աֆրիկյան Հանրապետության, Չեխիա, Չիլի, Շվեյցարիա, Շվեդիա, Էկվադոր, Էստոնիա, Հարավային Աֆրիկա, Հարավսլավիա:

Ի դեպ, այս վկայականները քաղաքացիներին ՀՀ տարածքում տրամադրվում է 1 օրվա ընաթացքում: Ընդամենն անհրաժեշտ է ներկայանալ Ճանապարհային ոստիկանության տարածքային բաժին և ներկայացնել անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերը: Դրանք են՝ անձնագիր կամ անձը հաստատող այլ փաստաթուղթ, միջազգային վարորդական վկայականը ձեռք բերելու համար պարտադիր վճարի կատարումը հաստատող անդորրագիր, ազգային վարորդական վկայական և 3 x 4 սմ չափսի մեկ լուսանկար:
