Պակիստանցի դեռահասին վիրահատել են՝ հեռացնելով ավելի քան 34-կիլիոգրամանոց հսկայական ուռուցքը.լուսանկար

Dr Ruth Pfau Hospital հիվանդանոցի պակիստանցի վիրաբույժները 18-ամյա Մուհամմադ Էսս Պալլարիի ազդրից հեռացրել են հսկայական՝ 35-կիլոգրամանոց ուռուցք, որի պատճառով երիտասարդը չէր կարողանում շարժվել ու գամված էր անկողնուն։

Բժիշկ Նուշադ Շեյխը, որը ղեկավարում էր վիրաբույժների թիմը, խոստովանել է, որ իր ամբողջ կարիերայի ընթացքում այսքան մեծ ուռուցք չէր տեսել։

«Շատ բարդ վիրահատություն էր, 4 ժամ է պահանջվել, որպեսզի մենք հիվանդի ազդրից հեռացնենք գրեթե 35 կգ կշռող ուռուցքը»,- ասել է վիրաբույժը՝ հավելելով, որ ուռուցքը ուներ ինֆեկցիոն բնույթ, ու եթե այն չհեռացնեին, ինֆեկցիան կարող էր տարածվել նաև հիվանդի մարմնի մյուս մասեր։

Վիրաբույժներն առայժմ ուռուցքի մի մասն են հեռացրել, իսկ երկրորդ վիրահատության ընթացքում, որը կկատարվի մոտ ապագայում, ծրագրում են հեռացնել դրա մնացորդները։

Մինչև 13 տարեկան Մուհամմադը որևէ խնդիր չի ունեցել։ 5 տարի առաջ նրա մոտ հայտնվել են նեյրոֆիբրոմատոզի առաջին ախտանշանները՝ գենետիկ հիվանդություն, որը ազդում է հյուսվածքների նորմալ աճի ու զարգացման վրա։ Սկզբում նրա աջ ազդրի վրա այտուց է առաջացել, որը հետագայում վերածվել է թենիսի գնդակի չափ ունեցող ուռուցքի։ Քանի որ տղայի ընտանիքն անապահով է, ուռուցքը անտեսել են ու այն շարունակել է աճել։ Վերջին տարվա ընթացքում այն այնքան է աճել, որ արդեն ծածկում էր Մուհամմադի ամբողջ աջ ազդրը։ Ուռուցքի պատճառով տղան չէր կարողանում քայլել ու նույնիսկ նորմալ կանգնել։

Տղայի մասին պատմել է տեղի ակտիվիստ Զուլֆիկար Սոլանգին, ու տեղական իշխանությունները նրան անվճար բուժում են առաջարկել։ Անցած շաբաթ Մուհամմադին շտապ օգնության մեքենայով տեղափոխել են Dr Ruth Pfau Hospital հիվանդանոց և անհրաժեշտ հետազոտություններից հետո վիրահատել։

Հիմա տղայի ծնողները հույս ունեն, որ երկրորդ վիրահատությունից հետո նա վերջապես կկարողանա նորմալ կյանքի վերադառնալ։
